    Was lied to by the salesman. He indicated box was ripped only so new product. Just opened the box today when the installer arrived today and the remote was already put together which is a great indicator that this was a used product. Also missing cords. I will be contacting Best Buy tomorrow to advise and return the item

    Quiet scenes in movies, the rear 5.1 back channels turn off which ruins immersion in movies. Vizio has been aware of the issue since June with no firmware update and no support.

      Hello Jones, can you give us some additional details about the issue you are experiencing? Have you tried to power cycle the sound bar by unplugging the power and then holding the power button on top of the sound bar for 5-10 seconds before plugging it back in?     Broke during firmware update on day 1

    Had the same issues others have reported and tried to install the firmware update. An error occurred during the update and now the system is unresponsive. Tried to contact support and I heard nothing back.

    When I opened the box nothing was as it should of been. It was just thrown in the box. I figured it was somebudies return that was put on the floor by mistake.

    Bought to help with the projection of the sound of my tv. Still cant hear whats going on during a show. Picked up on dec 1 and now its not working at all.

    Subwoofer Not Found

    Subwoofer is not working after 1 week of use. Tried different placements and going through the whole procedure of restarting the system with no luck. Truly disappointing to have a system stop working after only 1 week. Currently waiting on a replacement that takes over a week to ship. Buy with warning.

    DOESNT WORK

    I just purchase this item last month. Still don't work. Blue tooth wont connect. Instruction state to reposition everything by the TV. Why have 5.1 surround sound with it all setup behind the tv. The sound bar wont even work as a stand alone unit. I have a VIZIO tv!!

    Muffled sound after a few months

    Very unhappy. As of today sound bar sounds muffled. Usage has been normal and minimal for movies. Tried adjusting level settings, etc. same muffled sound. Return window has recently closed. Hoping for assistance.

    Broke before warranty expired. I reached out and they said to try and factory reset and update. I did and then when I called back it had been 3 days past the warranty and they denied me a replacement.

    Worst ever. We initially bought an open box and hand a lot of interference cutting in and out and loss of signal with the back speakers- returned, bought a bran new one- same problem. Returned again. Noooo thank you.

    Awful. Don’t buy! Rear speakers and subwoofer cut in and out often. Had to update upon first use. Should’ve listened to the bad reviews. Vizio offered to send a refurbished unit and we could send this one back. Nah, we’ll try another brand.

    I can’t review it as my 75” tv was installed with a non movable bracket therefore I cannot get to the back of the tv to install the sound bar wires

    If only the product actually worked as advertised

    DO NOT BUY! Rear speakers constantly disconnect, every few seconds. It makes it impossible to actually use the system. Vizio says they have a firmware update to resolve this but it didn't fix it -- AT ALL. There is no solution other than returning the system.
