    Dont buy this product, warranty was up 30 days and the sound bar stop working at 32 days. I called the store, nothing they could do.

    Buyer beware. Puched this in june and the surround speakers have gone out already. They said its out of the return/exchange window too.

    Vizio surround speakers

    Do not buy this. It is junk. Only had it for a few weeks and the speakers are already crackling. Do yourself a favor and spend more money on a good set of speakers.

    It’s hard to control the voice to music/SFX ratio. Can get pretty blasty during some scenes with the voice levels very low

    I bought this open box but I was never informed that both surround speakers and the remote (which controls almost everything) was gone.

Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing.     Shame on you Best Buy!

    I ordered this system as a new system online. I received the system via delivery in a box covered with security tape which means it’s was an open box ( again, I ordered new). We opened the box to see if maybe it was new inside and the box was just opened. Nope, the speakers were scratched, missing multiple cords, and the remote had bite marks and no batteries. So Best Buy sent me a system that someone had returned. Now we have to drive 40 minutes out of our way to return it. Shame on you Best Buy. Not pleased at all.

    Subwoofer not found

    The sound bar stopped connecting to the wireless subwoofer after a month. Despite many attempts to reconnect it, it says subwoofer can't be found.
