I am not happy with my item it keeps going in and out

I had to replace my Samsung soundbar that died, and so I started looking, and reading reviews on all kinds of soundbar. Vizio was NOT on my list, always felt that they were junk, lol. But this one got such high marks, I went and listened to it. It was just ok in the store...but nothing sounds good in a warehouse, anyway, I bought it knowing that I could return it if it sucked. Setup took all of 10 minutes, very easy to do. I have a good sized living room, with cathedral ceilings, and I have to say, this thing is pretty amazing. Plenty of adjustments for sound, so it's really easy to tune it to your room. I have a $500 Klipsch soundbar that I love, but I think this actually sounds better! The subwoofer surprised the crap out of me, it's only a 5" speaker, and that thing has some serious punch to it...and that's without making any adjustments to it. Great highs too, and dialogue is crystal clear. Really glad I got this one, and very pleasantly surprised by the sound and quality. Definitely money well spent.

Don’t recommend sound is not good when hired fully

Nice.. bought it for my son he loves it. It’s loud and the base is perfect. Easy to assemble easy to use. Can hear music from down the street when volume is all the way up.

Kept fading in and out of sound used the numerous different ways to supply the sound and the problem was still active callled vizio support did all the steps and reset and relearn they said 10-14days i said nope back to best buy then bought the $700+ model and am highly satisfied

Fantastic sound quality for movies music and gaming deep bass rich sound from all speakers easy set up, loud blown away with how good it is.

I am thoroughly impressed with this system. Under $250 and has amazing sound quality and a lot of bass with the sub. This was a great buy and you can Bluetooth connect devices to it as well. I would recommend this system to anyone putting it in a bedroom, like I did.

Great sound! Great price! Easy setup. Impressive bass. Sounds good setup either option, but reccommend setting rear surround speakers and subwoofer behind seating for true surround sound.

I bought this today, March 2021. I have a 75% finished man cave in the basement and the sound from my new 65” Samsung would just shoot up the stairs instead of forward into the room. This system fixed the problem! Very affordable, sounds so much better than before. It automatically changes and detects the audio source, almost instantly (I was impressed I didn’t have to manually change the source). The subwoofer is where the rear speakers connect, so being able to move it (wirelessly) behind the couch and run the rear speakers was great! It comes with ALL of the AV cords it has connections for, which is a money saver. Subwoofer connected immediately (along with the rear speakers it’s plugged into). I really am pleased with this $200 system.

Surround sound constantly cuts in/out. Tried moving the subwoofer closer and same thing still happens. Tried re-pairing multiple times and still the same outcome. Worst surround sound system possible. Go with a more expensive product.

I tried Sony, Samsung, and LG soundbar systems ranging from $200 to $1000. Let me tell you this $150 (Black Friday Deal) Vizio 5.1 soundbar system blows them all out of the water. The only downfall I can see with this system is that the rear speakers are not wireless. However the cords are more than long enough for any size room. The bass from the sub is amazing (and also adjustable). I can say that if you go with any soundbar with sub please make sure it has a downward facing sub, this makes a world of difference. There are numerous sound setting adjustments to fit any audiophiles needs. Seriously if you’re looking for a great surround sound system at an amazing price do not hesitate to buy this system

Love the sound quality. The 3rd channel on the soundbar really does make a difference with TV/Movie dialogue. The surround sound speakers are a nice touch. They are wired into the bluetooth subwoofer but we were able to run the wires discreetly behind the couch--wires are 15+ ft long. The remote and user interface are very intuitive. 10/10 would buy again.

Just rebought this soundbar after the one I've had quit responding to the remote - so there's that! I think I'd been using that one for 4 years. But I liked it - good sounds from the whole system, with good adjustment capabilities, at a very decent price. Good value. And I'm hoping the new system will work as well - but just longer.

Great sound for the price and size of the speakers. The speakers enable the user to adjust settings like bass and treble to your liking, and the satellite speakers work well too. Plenty of quality sound for the average family/living room to watch movies or listen to music.

I have been a surround sound geek for years, always looking for "better" sound. I had big and small speakers, all of the top brands one time or another, But these Vizio 5.1 soundbar and subwoofer just blew me away and the price was ... CHEAP. AND I AM VERY HAPPY

Probably the easiest thing I’ve ever setup….I have a Vizio tv so I went with the same brand… Super easy to setup right out the box…super easy to use and being able to use it has regular speakers from my phone is just as great…. Perfect sound…Movies sound amazing…Music gets real loud but not loud enough that it disturbs anything outside The perfect setup for living life on a budget

The 1st one I received was damaged in shipping. Best Buy took care of the problem quickly. Very impressed with the people working at the Beaverton, OR store. Once I got one that wasn't bent, it was very easy to set up - almost like it did it itself. Sounds great other than I am still trying to figure out how to get it off "Movie" mode. The news can be very dramatic in surround sound. So far so good. It sounds great.
