Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to give this five stars but it’s went full on wonky in the past week and I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. It pops on and plays little blips of some channel or another, turns back off and does this more and more often. I’ve never had a sound at get this kind of interference which is what I’m assuming it is. And no, nothing has changed regarding to location or other electronics close to it. It’s like it’s trying to receive signals from the mothership and when it occurs in the middle of the night, it’s just creepy.

This by far was the worst sounding one no matter what adjustments I made. It’s was also the cheapest. It just sounds cheap and distorted all the way around compared to slightly more expensive ones. I guess if this is your only system you try you would be very impressed over the TV speakers hence the high ratings for a very cheap entry level surround… but personally a little bit more money gets you a world of difference in sound. Even my daughter said it sounded horrible and she’s never had a surround sound system before. Spent a little more and it is a world of difference. You don’t realize how cheap it really sounds until you hear a decent system that costs a little more.
