    I bought this system and I have been using it for almost 9 months. Overall, the system is easy to install and set up. The sound quality is good. The bad things are: the system cuts off a lot when the TV is on mute. I’m unable to change this setting and I ended up living with this feature. In addition, sometimes when the show toggles btwn commercials and program, it cuts off and the sounds are muted. To resolve this, I turn the system on and off. The big thing that is a distraction, is lack of possibility of viewing and modifying settings on the TV screen. On some shows the sound quality is poor with unbalanced base with no options to change the sound quality in the room. If you’re sitting next to a back speaker, you may only hear base and nothing else. Frustrating! Again, sound quality is good when it works but not the best. I don’t recommend it.

    Nice looking. Easy setup. Surround speakers sometimes don’t come on right away. Bass doesn’t hit as loud as I thought it would. Overall happy with purchase

    The HDMI part didn’t work. So I used the audio and it worked. However, I wished the HDMI / audio lines would be longer. Otherwise the sound system itself works pretty good.
