Easy setup minimal wires sounds good lots of bass looks stylish

Once you mess with the settings, this sounds very good. The surround sound is weak when trying to play a first person shooter game, but otherwise this is a great setup for the price. Sounds great with movies and music. Setup was pretty straightforward, but it did not come with screws to mount the speakers on the wall so I had to buy those separate from a hardware store.

Had low expectations for the sound system but it’s great! Easy setup and I love the audio options on it. Night mode if my favorite for turning off the subwoofer when it’s late.

So far had it one month and its been nothing but great sound and the option to put the subwoofer where you please makes it that much better. Settings easy to use and features are great. Would recommend

The sound quality is superb. Everything I wanted and expected. Super simple to setup and use. I would recommend this system, high value for a low cost.

System was easy to set up. The instructions were great and easy to follow. After playing with the settings, the system sounds so good. Had made our movie nights that much better!

Not sure why I waited so long to get a good sound bar system but I am glad I did. This makes our television viewing so much better now that we can hear the people talk rather than listening to the annoying background music. This is a great system plus it was easy to set up and hang on the wall with all the items needed in the package.

First things first. Oh my god, update the firmware before you do anything. This involves downloading the new firmware from the vizio site (google vizio 51h6 update), putting the update file on a usb drive and the putting the usb drive in the soundbar. If you get a soundbar without the latest firmware already installed as I did, you will not get any sound from any type of input and spend your entire morning troubleshooting why like I did until you finally find an obscure Reddit post from somebody else who had this same issue. There is zero mention of updating the firmware in the instructions and the bar literally will output zero sound (even from bluetooth) until the latest firmware is installed. It was the single most frustrating installation I've ever done and I've done a lot snd am not new to this. Once I got it working, it's a decent, inexpensive soundbar for what it is. So far it is exceeding my expectations. Clear dialogue with decent bass. I'm happy so fay, but my god Vizio, through a slip of paper or something in the box explaining to update the firmware before you get started installing it.

This system is great. I was really surprised by the sound quality. It was easy to set up. The long wires on the smaller speakers made it easier to place around the room. The sound bar is a great size and fit perfectly on my mantle under the tv.

Works the way it should.., surprisingly well. If your tv speakers are weak. Add this sound-bar and you will be glad that you did. Crystal clear sound and vocals. Thanks to the center channel. The rear surround will have you looking over your shoulder and the subwoofer adds good bass without over powering the other speakers.

I’ve ownes the Vizio 5.1 soundbar w subwoofer for 16 months and it’s great! It beat my expectations for the price. I live in a small apartment and the sound fills up our living room very nicely. The bass is strong and deep, awesome for action movies and listening to music. You can raise the bass and dialogue independently. Only thing I wish there was a dialogue boost and still keep the bass at a higher level. I have to be mindful to keep the volume at a lower level because of neighbors. Overall, I recommend this soundbar and woofer.

Great Sound - Great Price - Easy Setup - Great Value!

No Issues with this sound bar. I have had it for about 4 weeks now. Sound is good. Easy to set up and connect. Since my tv only has two HDMI inputs, I would have liked to have an optical input option for the soundbar. Would have given 5 stars if it had that input. Glad I chose a soundbar with center speaker this time to better hear dialogue.

Great sound and quality for the price. Easy to use

This is one of the best sound systems I've heard in awhile. This sound bar system delivers excellent sound and you have options to choose from. Like music, movie, game or direct from the EQ settings. Along with the different bass, dialogue and treble levels one could adjust to your pleasure. And it's compatible most smart TV.

I am extremely happy! My 10 year old LG 5.1 died so I needed a replacement. I wasn't expecting it to sound so good for the price. The rear speakers are small and really sound good. The box and parts are labeled so well and setup is an absolute breeze. I highly recommend this!

I wanted to get a soundbar to go with my new 77" LG TV but just couldn't justify the price of an equivalent LG soundbar. I'm perfectly happy with the VIZIO - 5.1-Channel V-Series Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Dolby Audio. The sound is great and nothing else comes close for the price ($199).

The speakers were easy to set up and for my home, the sound is great. We user it for music and TV/projector. Sound quality was an amazing change and even at a low level of sound you get the surround sound feel. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have had this for 2 years now, not one single issue. Sound is amazing, love all the different preset modes. Easy setup. Great quality. My mother-in-law loved it so much she went and got the same one!
