Not a sound professional but for the average person its good enough. Setup is a pain though, soundbar would keep muting on reconnect. Apparently, I had to first plug in the soundbar with it turned off and then turn it on for the TV to properly recognize it. Was using a samsung bu the way.

Readinf reviews gave me hope and I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality sound. Makes the high price items seem unnecessary, this system really has blown me away. That 5 inch sub can fill a room.

Can't beat for the money!

I feel like the qualify of the surround sound system is equal to that of a system in the price point of 500-1000. IT ONLY COSTS $200 IF YOU HAVE A MY BEST BUY REWARDS ACCOUNT! I did not have a my best buy rewards account (free) and I saw someone mention this in a review so I signed up for it and saved the $50. Anyway, great surround sound system at an extremely great price. So much so, I have already ordered a second one as a gift.

I'm using it via aux and on my PC depending on what I'm doing. It does well with DTS movies on the 5.1 surround via bluetooth.
