My friend & I went there to buy several items and the Sales Rep., Sean helped us with everything! He was so informed and helped us make the right decisions on the products we were looking for. The Vizio surround Sound that I bought is great! I have a hearing problem and with the two small speakers on each side of me, while watching television, helps me tremendously! Best Buy is where we buy all our electronics!

Perfect Sound Bar for Vizio OLED

This sound bar is awesome. Connected to ARC HDMI port on the TV. Set-up was automatic. Positioned the wireless sub-woofer behind the sofa, and the rear speakers wire up to it. Very clean. Mounted rear speakers to the wall using the included brackets with my hollow-wall mounts. All wires needed are included. Sound is great, with dolby. Highly recommended and an excellent value.

Great sound system

I'm female, over 65 and had no issues with the install, I even got the speakers wall-mounted, although I had to get additional brackets because of the layout of the room. I highly recommend this system.

Amazing sound and great movie EQs at a great price

Most of all, it's replacing a LG 2.1 soundbar I already had, but I couldn't hear movie dialogue very well at all. This system has a specific EQ setting "Dialogue" that resolves that very issue! At the price point I paid ($199) it is a wonderful and very easy to use system that we are very happy with!

Vizio or Sony. VIZIO!!!!

I returned it. The sound was tinny and the subwoofer nonexistent. I bought this Vizio 5.1 instead. Cheaper and deeper sound. Is it the best? No, but it does deliver a deep sound, they packed in EVERYTHING you need (cables, HDMI,etc.) and everything was labeled so the set up was awesome. Also, I like the remote so you can see what the setting it and the I like the voice that pops on to tell you what you selected. Pleased so far.

So far the bars has helped alone with the hearing aids has helped with the level and quality of sound. now i m not blasting out my neighbors. So far so good. And the rep. installed the unit in professional and timely manner,
