This was the best sound bar I purchased from Best buy and I purchased another one but not as quite as good as this one for the price the sound quality is excellent.

Excellent sound quality and surround sound. The bass makes a real difference as well.

I really wanted to like this system, but I ended up returning it for a Polk system. I purchased this for my bedroom TV setup, and I initially really liked the sound, the ease of setup, and even the remote. However, the next night I watched a movie on it that had quite a few quiet scenes, and I could hear a constant slight rumbling noise. I thought it was just background noise from the movie, but once I paused the movie, I noticed it was coming from the subwoofer. My theory was that somehow the magnet on the subwoofer was causing interference with the wireless chip in the box, and giving it a constant weak frequency, causing it to continue giving the speaker a signal. I tried multiple locations, but couldn't get it to stop. I read on forums that many people had this issue, and that it may have been the firmware. From what I can remember seeing, quite a few people spoke to LG customer service, and they basically told the customers that there were no planned updates in the future to resolve it. If that's true it's very upsetting. I have multiple LG devices that I love, but now I'm reluctant to purchase any in the future, worried that LG won't back up their products like I thought they did.

Very good sound and value for a small room. The sound quality is good and setup was easy. The unit is not too big or loud.

Good sound and easy to set up, but to be clear it does not have an HDMI in port so in order to use ARC you have to use up a port on your TV.

I've purchase several of these for different TVs in my home, shop and school classroom. Great sound, and makes the movies come alive.

Very easy to setup. There are a lot of settings you can adjust. I have a small room so I first used the surround speakers in the front. Now I tried to put the surround speakers in the rear. Actually I am sitting about equal from the speakers and what a difference. I am loving it. So much better than the speakers in the TV.

Sounds great! I like the remote menus and equalizer presets. Makes it easy to get the right sound.
