Brought it home, opened it up & it had everything I needed. All the cables you would need for any type of tv even an older one. Works great. I can turn the sound on my tv down to 0 with this and it is loud enough for us. We love it. My husband has a hearing problem, and this is a lifesaver.

I’m very reasonable when it comes to software glitches, etc. but this does not do the one thing you’re purchasing it to do. The rear speakers and sub drop out consistently and they claimed to have fixed it with firmware update 1.1.0.7 but after that update and several calls with Vizio support, I’ve yet to be given a solution. When I say “drops out”, I mean every 5-10 seconds or some similar amount of time. Not once a week or for a millisecond during a show on a certain device, I mean *constantly*. AppleTV, PS4, multiple HDMI cables vis ARC, all of it is intolerable. Also, Vizio support went through a ton of steps the first time, I thought it fixed it, and thirty minutes later the problem resumed. The second time they said if the call got dropped, they’d call me back (as if they knew the call center was an issue) and I did get dropped. They called back ten minutes later, said they’d try to connect me to the original agent who went through all the technical troubleshooting steps (that didn’t work) from the call a week or two earlier, then the call dropped again. She called back *again*, apologized for the call drop, and transferred me which promptly sent me to the main menu with no recourse. Absolutely frustrating attempts again and again at even beginning to address the technical issue which never got there. To be totally honest, the sound is awesome. The installation/setup is super easy. The remote had a bunch if little tweaks available for settings that make it enjoyable. But it simply does not do the one thing you are paying for it to do which is deliver sound from your devices, uninterrupted. It’s a very pretty cup but it has a hole in the bottom. I hate being extreme on reviews in terms of rating but it is on-star because it doesn’t work, would be five-stars if they could sort this technical issue out.

I bought the first one from BestBuy and was actually easy to set up to my Samsung Qled. Sound was not amazing but, it was good, for about 3 weeks. All of a sudden the rear speakers quit working on their own. The Sub still worked but no sound from the rear speakers. I contacted Vizio support and after 30 minutes of troubleshooting they determined i needed a replacement. At no cost they sent me one from their factory. Hooked it up and worked just fine, until another 3 weeks went by and had the exact same issue with the replacement. I've tried troubleshooting again through vizio support and the said i needed to upgrade my tv?? Bull hockey,,,, I'm very displeased with the overall system and support issues. Curious if anyone else has had this same issue.

Pretty good sound bar, easy assembly and adjustments

This item is great quality and affordable. So easy to use and set up. I havent had a single problem since purchasing this set 2 years ago. Its still standing strong. I do not plan on replacing it any time soon.

Overall, this surround sound system is pretty good. There are many pros to this system. The right and left surround sound speakers have an adjustable volume control and are pretty loud and the sub produces a lot of deep bass. There are a two cons that i have come across. The right and left surround sound speakers must be plugged into the sub. This makes it difficult to hide the wires. I also notice that when I use my television remote to control volume, the volume control on the surround sound remote stops working. I have to unplug the unit for the remote to work again. I paid 199.99 for this system on a Black Friday special and I think it was well worth the price.

I got this Set for my daughters apartment and I was impressed. I have a thousand dollar receiver and nine speakers and I like the way this unit process sound. The price was good and the sound much better than expected.

Great product for the price. Without a doubt the best 5 channel sound bar out there! We are very happy with our first time Vizio equipment. Definitely will recommend to fam and friends.

This soundbar is one of the best in it’s class. Out of all the soundbars that I have tested, withing the same price range, this is by far the best. The sound quality is great and it brings out the surround sound dynamic to your watching experience, something missing in other soundbars around the same price range. Worth buying.

This subwoofer and sound bar is a great value and sounds pretty good for the price! It’s not extremely loud but is god for shows and movies. The Bluetooth connection is great but it did take a little longer to connect to a Samsung tv that is about 4 years old but once it was connected there haven’t been any issues! Would recommended!
