    It’s saying wireless subwoofer, but in the box it’s a wire subwoofer, and the other speakers, all wire in..No wireless.

    Worked for about a week. Disconnected from my tv and now won’t reconnect no matter what I do. It is essentially an expensive paperweight at this point

    Worked great at first now the subwoofer and wireless speakers don’t always work and the soundbar cuts out regularly

    No one knows what they are doing....

    Ordered an open box unit that was around $50 off. I only received the sound bar, which was damaged and had stickers of it being the floor model. Contacted support for them to tell me to go to Best Buy and they will give me a new unit. Went 45 minutes to the store only for the manager to say they can't do that. My only option was to get a refund or pay the extra for a new unit. The customer service was terrible, everyone I talked to just told me to go here or go there. No compensation for wasting my time and selling me something that was not described. Customer is no longer right and big company is only here to scam you.

    Major connection issues

    Everything worked great...at first. I noticed the subwoofer wasn't working, it was failing to connect. Vizio couldn't help me. I found help on reddit that seems to have fixed that...for now. I also have major issues with bluetooth working properly, or at all. It constantly fails to connect, and then when it does it suddenly looses signal and stops working (on my phone). The app is no help at all, and may be part of the problem. I would NOT recommend Vizio products.

    Really bad distortion coning out of a speaker within the sound bar and a rear speaker. Very annoying, and constantly having to adjust tbe volume level when certain sounds are played.

    Poor sound quality from rear surround seakers.

    The surround speakers can hardly be heard and I couldn't use with remote because it would not pair to my Iphone. Last, I thought speakers were wireless and was told by salesperson they were too but you have to run the black wire across the room to each speaker which looks hideous especially since the sound is so poor. I'm not down on Vizio because my TV is vizio and my old sound bar is too it just only had a subwoofer and I wanted rear speakers, but it sounds ok and I've had it almost 5 years and it still works fine if your ok with all the sounds come from just a soundbar.

    I had a system that was 5 years older and it had much better, clearer, sound. Vizio has proven to have the worst customer servixe out of big electronic companies. Had a procuct that they claimed was defected outnof box. They denied the warranty till i went to better business. Then they said they didnt have the product to replace it so they only offerred me an older model. Just crazy. I will never buy from them as thier products consistently lose connection to hdmi arc and bluetooth. These problems happen much more frequently right after the limited warranty. Anything but vizio! Not worth the hassles.

    Sound quality is decent but getting it to connect to ANYTHING via bluetooth is a hassel. Borderline unusable.

    Really bad purchase. The sound is blown out anywhere past 50% volume. Screws to mount “surround sound” speakers have busted thread. Really disappointed, stick with sony, samsung, or jbl for sure.
