Way to many cords and components.

Sound was okay but the acoustic outweighed the base and in a smaller room we could not balance the sound out. It had to go back to the store.

Apparent flaw makes them unusable

Tried working with Vizio’s customer support to try a number of fixes with no success. They sent a replacement unit out which had the same issue. Ditching these to try one from a different manufacturer

Worthless Junk

Not worth it

No one knows what they are doing....

I only received the sound bar, which was damaged and had stickers of it being the floor model. Contacted support for them to tell me to go to Best Buy and they will give me a new unit. Went 45 minutes to the store only for the manager to say they can't do that. My only option was to get a refund or pay the extra for a new unit. The customer service was terrible, everyone I talked to just told me to go here or go there. No compensation for wasting my time and selling me something that was not described. Customer is no longer right and big company is only here to scam you.
