    If I could give 0 starts i would. Sound was terrible and the overall workings was terrible. In order to use the system you have to use the app. Want to watch a movie? Connect the app, then connect to tv and pray your phone doesn’t automatically switch to Bluetooth. Bass? Forget it. Crisp sound? Nope!

    Subwoofer keeps popping

    After the fist few minutes of using it, the subwoofer kept popping and popping. Really spoils the enjoyment and unfortunately after looking up the issue, it seems to happen with different Vizio models as well.

    They worked for about a month then the sub went out and you have to replace the whole system not just the sub because there integrated into each other the sub sound bar an tweeters

    We got it hooked up. The surround speakers only work occasionally. The volume needs to be at 65 to hear from the sound bar. Ive had Vizio products before, but this system is a real disappointment.

    It is not worth the money. It has quit working and we just got it in January and now end of April and it doesn't work.

    For being 5.1 its really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend. I am returning tomorrow. My Super Bowl 59 half time show wasn't exciting at all.

    The 2 sub speakers did not work and so the product was returned. Had to download the manual as one didn’t come in the box. Purchased brand new.

    Was able to snag this on sale, and open box in excellent condition. Equipment was all in original packaging with just the cables being loose in the accessory box with nothing missing or remotely used other than the box being opened. System is super simple to setup and sync via bluetooth with my iPhone, and since I already had a Vizio 65" tv installation was seamless. This does not come with a seperate remote control, however using the eARC HDMI port I am able to use my tv remote without any further reprogramming (you can purchase a stand alone remote if needed). Coming from just a basic Vizio sound bar to this system the quality is amazing even using the 3 basic presets that are available in the app. Customization is super simple and lets you really tailor the sound experience to the room. The Cleardialog option really lets you dial in voices that would otherwise be lost in the background without sacrificing premium sound. The included subwoofer has enough power to add to the immersion on screen without being too much, and the surround speakers are impressive and make you feel like you're in the thick the action. Dolby Atmos / DTS:X makes a huge difference, and really takes gaming on my Xbox Series X/PS5 to a whole new level of enjoyment. Overall very impressive system for the price, well worth it if you in the market for a low cost alternative that still packs a punch sound wise without breaking the bank.

    LOVE this soundbar

    I really love this sound bar! I bought an open box deal. I've had some trouble adjusting The equalizer to tone down the base which really booms but I'm learning! My neighbors can hear me watching a movie and I live in a single house not close to another house! Really love the sound, I have hearing problems and this is perfect for me. Soundbar does not come with a remote control, if you do not have a Vizio TV you may have to use the online phone app. It attached right to my Vizio TV and my TV remote hooked up immediately without me having to do anything.

    This is a great option with wireless features for the price. I've been skeptical of sound bars. This is a good option due to the wireless sattelite speakers and subwoofer. They sound good and no lag. Setup was easy as well.

    Decided to give Vizio a try to replace my older Bose sound bar. This bar blows the Bose bar away. The bass from the wireless sub is awesome and rear surround speakers add so much more to watching movies.

    It sounds great! But I can not seem to keep my cell phone connected to the system. I have a Samsung S10 (yes, a little on the older side), and I have spent countless hours with Sony Customer Service to resolve the issue. My phone will stay connected for about two minutes—I take advantage of those two minutes to make adjustments—and then disconnect! By the way, the ONLY control device (besides controlling volume up and down) is through the app.

    Room size determines best bar I think.

    This soundbar was a little too much for my room so I really didn't get to put it through all its paces. The woofer was more than a room my size could benefit from. I have a Samsung TV and decided to try their mid range bar which I kept and am satisfied with. The Visio was complicated for me to hook up, HOWEVER, I'm not proficient in that area so that comment may not mean much.
