Vizio Sound bar 5.1

The sound is not that great. The dialogue is drowned out by the background music. I have adjusted the setting to enhance the dialogue but still need to read the closed caption to hear what is being said. Many times it does not come on immediately with the Sony TV and forces me to disconnect the HDMI-Arc, give it several minutes and then reconnect. I f that does not produce a connection, I have had to disconnect the power source for a few minutes and then plug back in.

Dude - Sorry

My small speaker stopped working about three weeks ago. This past weekend, I turned on my system and there was no sound. The sound bar will not power up. After diagnostics with Visio... I need a new sound bar. A capacitor blew and it turns out that it is very common.

Horrible experince with Best Buy

I placed an order, and without any clear explanation, it was cancelled. The next morning, I spoke with Best Buy agents, who promised to assist me in repurchasing the product. However, I also discovered that my gift card was effectively gone—despite the order being cancelled, they claimed it couldn’t be refunded or reused. Determined to try again, I repurchased the same item, only for the order to be cancelled again without any reason or notification. I contacted customer service multiple times, but the agents seemed powerless to resolve the issue or provide meaningful support. This entire process was incredibly disappointing, especially losing the gift card without receiving the product. It feels like there’s no accountability or clarity in their system. I expected better from a company like Best Buy. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question if I’ll shop here again.
