Very impressed, highly recommend

Equipment was all in original packaging with just the cables being loose in the accessory box with nothing missing or remotely used other than the box being opened. System is super simple to setup and sync via bluetooth with my iPhone, and since I already had a Vizio 65" tv installation was seamless. This does not come with a seperate remote control, however using the eARC HDMI port I am able to use my tv remote without any further reprogramming (you can purchase a stand alone remote if needed). Coming from just a basic Vizio sound bar to this system the quality is amazing even using the 3 basic presets that are available in the app. Customization is super simple and lets you really tailor the sound experience to the room. The Cleardialog option really lets you dial in voices that would otherwise be lost in the background without sacrificing premium sound. The included subwoofer has enough power to add to the immersion on screen without being too much, and the surround speakers are impressive and make you feel like you're in the thick the action. Dolby Atmos / DTS:X makes a huge difference, and really takes gaming on my Xbox Series X/PS5 to a whole new level of enjoyment. Overall very impressive system for the price, well worth it if you in the market for a low cost alternative that still packs a punch sound wise without breaking the bank.

LOVE this soundbar

I've had some trouble adjusting The equalizer to tone down the base which really booms but I'm learning! My neighbors can hear me watching a movie and I live in a single house not close to another house! Really love the sound, I have hearing problems and this is perfect for me. Soundbar does not come with a remote control, if you do not have a Vizio TV you may have to use the online phone app. It attached right to my Vizio TV and my TV remote hooked up immediately without me having to do anything.

Amazing!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided to give Vizio a try to replace my older Bose sound bar. This bar blows the Bose bar away. The bass from the wireless sub is awesome and rear surround speakers add so much more to watching movies.

This is a good option due to the wireless sattelite speakers and subwoofer. They sound good and no lag. Setup was easy as well.

Great Sound! Can't Control through Bluetooth :-(

I have a Samsung S10 (yes, a little on the older side), and I have spent countless hours with Sony Customer Service to resolve the issue. My phone will stay connected for about two minutes—I take advantage of those two minutes to make adjustments—and then disconnect! By the way, the ONLY control device (besides controlling volume up and down) is through the app.

Room size determines best bar I think.

The woofer was more than a room my size could benefit from. I have a Samsung TV and decided to try their mid range bar which I kept and am satisfied with. The Visio was complicated for me to hook up, HOWEVER, I'm not proficient in that area so that comment may not mean much.

The sound is not that great. The dialogue is drowned out by the background music. I have adjusted the setting to enhance the dialogue but still need to read the closed caption to hear what is being said. Many times it does not come on immediately with the Sony TV and forces me to disconnect the HDMI-Arc, give it several minutes and then reconnect. I f that does not produce a connection, I have had to disconnect the power source for a few minutes and then plug back in.

Dude - Sorry

My small speaker stopped working about three weeks ago. This past weekend, I turned on my system and there was no sound. The sound bar will not power up. After diagnostics with Visio... I need a new sound bar. A capacitor blew and it turns out that it is very common.

Horrible experince with Best Buy

I placed an order, and without any clear explanation, it was cancelled. The next morning, I spoke with Best Buy agents, who promised to assist me in repurchasing the product. However, I also discovered that my gift card was effectively gone—despite the order being cancelled, they claimed it couldn’t be refunded or reused. Determined to try again, I repurchased the same item, only for the order to be cancelled again without any reason or notification. I contacted customer service multiple times, but the agents seemed powerless to resolve the issue or provide meaningful support. This entire process was incredibly disappointing, especially losing the gift card without receiving the product. It feels like there’s no accountability or clarity in their system. I expected better from a company like Best Buy. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question if I’ll shop here again.
