Luckily we purchased the warranty with this TV and Vizio had no problems coming in and replacing the TV. Overall, the new one works perfectly fine and does it's job. customer service was excellent but the fact that we had to wait for another one is the reason i give it 4/5 stars otherwise would be 5/5.

Network Connection Needed

We are using these on a shared network and by having them all be available to all chrome devices makes them visible to public users and people pushing content to our TVs. We'd rather not have that happen so I might have chosen a different TV if I had known.
