I have Comcast, roku, and a DVD player so I did not need a channel tuner or multifunction remonte (which is not included). The 4K display is excellent and i really like the short "power on" cycle. The display functions are fairly easy to access through my IPad. Would definitely purchase again

I like the streaming of video from Youtube, Netflix, Hulu and other web applications into the TV. Also, the fact that you can download the App and use the cell phone to control the functions while streaming (i.e., Volumen +/-) is great. However, when it comes to using the cable box, I do fell that the quality is not the best. The display shows grainy, in some occasions, the resolution/pixels makes the image colors looks bad or blurry. In other words, it is not the sharpest picture. I played around with the settings, and I was able to make the picture/images improve, but not for all channels. Other than that, the TV is good. I wish that the resolution when using the cable box, is as neat as when streaming.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. For instances where the display is showing grainy, or blurry, this may be due to the resolution of the content. If a program wasn't filmed in HD, Full HD, or UHD the content may not be as clear as you would expect. This is because content fimed not in HD or higher doesn't contain that much information. For example a TV show from the 80's or 90's may have black bars on the sides. This is because it wasn't filmed in the same aspect ratio so the TV has to create and duplicate information to make it fit the screen.
