    This TV was a bit misleading. There is no remote. The remote is your smart phone. I did not like it!

    Perfect tv for our living room!! What’s even cooler is that you can sync for amazon Alexa to it and say “living room tv turn on” or you can change the name of the tv to whatever you want.

    so far the only issue i have is the light glare seems to be worse than are old tv i can see myself in the screen with the lights on

    Really pleased with the tv. Would give it five star but the smart part I really don't care for. It's really basic as far as I can tell.

    I am sad to say that I was disappointed in Vizio. I went to Best Buy specifically looking for a Vizio TV because I had great experience with them in the past. The picture quality and the TV's overall performance was subpar. I took this one back, and got another Vizio, hoping that it was just the device, but it was the same. I ended up returning that one too, and going with a less well-known brand and it beat Vizio handsdown.

      Thanks for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you saw in the store. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO

    Once you get the screen dialed in, this television looks quite beautiful. The blacks are pretty good and the refresh is crisp and clear. Sound is what's expected from a flat screen, so I recommend surround sound for sure. The remote practically disintegrates in your hand, but the phone app works well enough. I still have issues with connecting to the internet from time to time, I think the TV hate my Asus router.

    Vizio made it too complicated to set up needing to download an app for setting up and adjustments. Other than that good purchase.

    I was not impressed with this tv as it was lacking the cable outlet on the back so I could attached my cable line. Also kept repeating an error on the top of the screen which was super annoying. I guess for an app based TV it has potential and the screen display was actually super clear and nice to look at, but this was not the TV for me and I returned it for one with a coaxial adapter on the back of the TV.

    I bought this on a whim to get a 4k TV and be ready for the future. As long as what you want to use connects via HDMI, you're good. If you want to use old RCA plugs, forget it. Also the streaming software that comes with the TV requires that you use your phone or some other device. That's okay in my book, but the software is lame and doesn't respond well. They really need to work on it's design and reliability.

    This is not a smart tv, you can't have apps in it, you need a smartphone or tablet to do so, other than that it's a great TV

    Awesome Tv for the price..just wish the speakers wasn't and the bottom of the TV set, my sound bar fixed that issue.

    You need to use your phone to make the Chromecast work. If you're OK with this, the TV is a great value. Don't be disappointed if you don't learn about a product before you buy it.

    Light. And thin. Looks more like a desktop monitor than a TV. The setup took me 2 days .. the vizio once linked. I lose the WiFi connection and cannot go to step 2. The only way was to use Bluetooth. Then setup will complete. Then after connecting the cable to the best hdmi input .. i still cant see the cable on any of the hdmi selection except "comp". Icon. The quality of the images were poor.

    Generally a decent TV, not quit as good as our 7 year old Samsung it replaced. Some shadowing at low light broadcasts.
