I told sales guy I wanted something simple she could figure out and use, well this wasn't it. I returned TV soon after we set it up. All this TV does is stream from mobile device to screen. You set up apps on phone and cast your screen. *no remote* Just not for us.. Should have read reviews prior to purchase..
