Not a bad TV

Great picture

The built in apps are sufficient for my needs (youtube, youtubetv, plex, prime, hulu, netflix, and several others that i don't use. Only 2 complaints- 1st every once in a while, if watching input from my tivo, the channel switches. 2nd, today using input from tivo and from tv, i only got sound, no picture. After changing hdmi cord and tv cable with no results, i tried unplugging the tv. When turning back on everything was back to normal. Upsetting for a while though. All in all, still a great tv.

With Vizios assistance, could not get the Analog Cords to work with this TV but they worked with my 2018 Vizio TV and tested the Analog Cords on two other Vizio TV's, 2019 Models and they worked perfectly. Ended up having to purchase a Optical Cable to get my Vizio Sound Bar connected.

Don't Trust Vizio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never buy a Vizio product again. Vizio is doing a lot of shady stuff. Bought a 4K TV and since they updated the software the remote no longer works and they want me to spend $30 for a new remote. And navigating therefore becomes very complicated and you cannot set things up easily. As far as the App goes unless you have a remote the software doesn't work since you cannot sync the remote with the TV to change the channel until WiFi is connected. Even then the software is very buggy and takes a long time to react. Scrolling takes a while since you have to wait for the TV to react to your actions. Entering email addresses and passwords takes a long time to between TV and App. Overall save yourself a headache and buy a different TV like a LG, Sony or Samsung.

Don't Trust The Staff Double-Check Yourself

We originally purchased the 5year Geek Squad coverage, but it was returned with the original purchase. I KNOW we would have elected to purchase the 5 year coverage again, so someone did NOT add it to our purchase. Now the tv won't turn on. Now we must purchase a brand new TV after 2 years, 11 months & 24 days.

Avoid!!! google Vizio power supply problems

Did a power recycle, worked once then TV would never power on again. Did some more research and found out this is a common problem. So I won't be buying another Vizio, and won't be buying from BestBuy

This set is garbage

Can't go back to menu. Have to unplug it and then replug it in, the process repeats. Junk, avoid Vizio it seems to be absolute trash. Looks like I just flushed $439.00 and tax on this set. One very sad daughter.
