We were not happy with the installation (ok) and demonstration of the product ( installer was not familiar with the product). We were under the impression when we paid extra to have it installed that we would be informed, but we were not. I called and I was told that I could talk to the Geek squad since we bought the Geek squad service. We are in our 70s and wanted someone to show us so that we could write some things down. We thought we could disconnect out cable and just stream; we don't know how to do this.

Still am trying to get it figured out. Color doesn't seem to be adjustable and no specific guidelines as to what normal settings are.

Not even a month in and this TV's already have the same issues: severe flickering, turning off at random, etc. I don't expect this to last long at all. Will be buying either an LG or a Sony next
