Pro: Customer services spent 55 mins on the phone trying to help me fix the issues & offered to replace the TV Cons: It would not connect to my WiFi network, the reason I was on the phone w/customer service. (Also purchased a Vizio 65PQX & it had the same issue). - Viewing angle gets a 1/10. Only looked good if u sat directly in front of it. Anything more than 2 steps to the side and all the color washes out. The 11 yr old Vizio it replaced looked far better. While watching the NBA playoffs my wife, who doesn't care much about tech, asked me to put the old TV back up. - Exchanged it for an 49LGNano85. The color was perfect out of the box w/excellent viewing angles, 9/10. It connected to my WiFi network almost instantly. I am very happy w/the LG. The LG was $200 more but it is worth it. Much better picture, excellent viewing angles & 120 Hz panel over Vizio's 60Hz.
