I have a couple of issues with this TV. First off it gets stuck in Sleep Mode and will not power on. I need to unplug it and then wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in. It is very sporadic when this happens Secondly, after I change the Picture settings and back out of the Picture menu, I do not have any sound. I have to change the Input of the TV and then the sound returns. Does anyone have similar issues. Thanks

Pretty good TV. The remote is designed so that when you pick it up there’s a 50/50 chance you pick it up from the wrong side if you aren’t paying attention. The colors are good but only of the lights are on, if you’re watching in a dark room you’ll notice the backlight array and can be a bit annoying. My TV gas issues turning on sometimes and requires me to unplug the cable and retry it, this is very annoying

VIZIO has lost my trust with this TV. In early July I purchased this TV and ran into issues immediately. The audio would pop louder than the max volume when I paused anything on any streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime) or any console (PS4 or XBOX One X). As well as the displays four edges sometimes lighting up yellow. VIZIO replaced the TV in a fair time frame only to send me a more defective device. The replacement TV had unique issues. On two different occasions I turned the TV off and the display was still on. I notice hours later the first. The display was lit with nothing on scree. I naturally picked up the remote and turned off the TV and it still was lit. I pressed the power button the back of the TV and it still wouldn't turn off. I pressed the dedicated Netflix, Prime and Home buttons with no success of accessing anything. Even changing inputs was not possible. The only thing I could think of doing was unplugging the TV from the power socket. This type of issue occurred twice. The next issue I had was the display had random lines. No matter what input or app, the lines were vertical going down 3/4's of the screen. It seemed as if it was a burn in or a cracked display. I turned off and on the TV multiple times and they were still there. The only thing that seemed to work was unplugging the TV. Even then starting up the TV was a drag. The final issue i had with this replacement was dead pixels. There were a clutter at the lower center of the display and a few near each corner of each quadrant of the display. At this point i just wanted a refund. The replacement is easy to order but hare to set up. It comes in a very large box weighing 50lbs that doesn't fit in a minivan. When the box arrives, you are to switch out the TV's and take the old TV to a near UPS. Keep in mind I live on the second floor so caring a large 50lbs box is a mission. Having a mom van not being able to carry the bow without having the trunk open a little while tied down is stressful. I don't want to do this again and Bestbuy tells me the only one that can give me a refund at this point is VIZIO. And VIZIO tells me the won't give me a refund since I've only had 1 service. To them its no big deal. To me its couple hours pf my time knowing i am to receive a big package that I need to sign for. To me its nowing I have to keep a mom van a little open just to deliver it to a UPS. VIZIO claims it is more of an inconvenience for them having to pay for shipping of these replacement devices. For me it is downright annoying to have purchased a device that seems to be consistently bad. I don't know if will receive a product that works or a refund next. What I do know that VIZIO will not receive business from me in the future. Nor my recommendation.
