Failing after 20 days

Dark scenes are blotchy and on most days it won't power on completely. Vizio customer service is great and coming to repair the TV. With a delay of 2 weeks after making an appointment. They should just exchange the 50 inch TV. Now this is wasting my time.

Excellent TV for the price

This TV has all the features I wanted and some that higher priced units didn't. Menus are pretty straight forward, setup was easy. Overall, I'm pleased with it.

Severe audio bug ruins TV and video games

Apparently some of these Vizio TV's have a bug where certain audio is lost. Like background music/sound effects disappear, then reappear only when actual dialog is spoken. It drives my family crazy and even leads us to turn off shows where it is prevalent. The issue persists no matter what I'm watching (playing video games, on cable tv, on blu rays, on chromecast watching HBO Max; it's everywhere). I had to do a ton of research and troubleshooting before I learned of other people with this issue. It took too long to figure out this problem and by now, I probably have no option to get it replaced or get a refund.

The picture doesn’t come on. Has some issues to iron out. Wanted a well made American TV but will be returning this one.

Be careful before buying for next gen

It only has a 60Hz Panel. Also, Vizio Smartcast is a nightmare. IF you get this make sure you get something like Google TV or Roku Stick. The native software is very slow and buggy.

Picture wasn’t great colors seemed way off especially reds. The the smart tv system and apps were very unstable had to completely reset tv multiple times to get prime video to launch

Dead Pixels

Y’all need to check your workers and make sure they’re handling these TVs with care. I’m past the return date, I’m sure, but I also don’t want to return my TV for another one that may have the same issue or worse

Not being too much expensive, but having all the feature that an expensive has. Good Interface. Maybe a limitation to quantity of APP that can be installed, but at least the most needed are there.

The best part is the responsiveness of everything. The UI the apps and everything works great. My particular model had issues with casting. But apparently it’s due to my WiFi.
