We even tried a new cable box. Due to coronavirus we didn’t want a geek squad tech coming in to our home to fix the settings because we were told the visit would be 2 hours or more. With COVID cases rising, this isn’t feasible for our family and with one of us having a health problem to begin with. We don’t know what to do. Our older 5 year Vizio looks better than this one. I guess we realize now why tons of other customers were coming out with TVs by another brand. Lost, just lost and don’t know what to do. We hate to think we’re stuck with this tv now. Help!
