    Hands down the worst TV I’ve purchased. After about a month it has begun flickering and changing picture modes when I try to use it with my Xbox. I’ve tried to replicate this issue on 3 other TVs in my household to no avail. Vizio support is useless and hasn’t responded to my request for a replacement via the warranty, and I can’t exchange due to Best Buy’s short 15 day return period, so I’m stuck with a $400 TV that doesn’t work. Avoid and pay the extra $100-$200 for a Samsung or LG.

    the view is amazing the volume sucks its too low or jumps. the button buttons on the side of the tv does not work. Idk if this is a best buy issues or a manufacturer issue but this is the 3rd tv I've had to return. this is so bad.

    This television was a horrible purchase. It turns on and off randomly. If you don’t watch it, it stays on all night. The remote will occasionally not worked as programmed. We had a technician try and help us get it working correctly and he was flummoxed. Sometimes the speaker just goes out and you have to unplug the cable box to get the speaker to kick back on while watching cable. (The tech verified it is a processing issue because other items play with speaker working even when the television speaker kicks off with the cable.) I regret this purchase completely.

    I have a 4k vizio from 2015 that still works perfectly, so when I needed a 2nd one, I made sure to buy a vizio again. Unfortunately, this tv loves to power off on its own when it thinks you are not actively watching. When it does this, the tv becomes totally dead, requiring me to manually unplug the power from the wall before it will power on again. This is extremely problematic due to the tv lcation, but being only a few weeks old, it is clearly defective. why is bestbuy selling this defective garbage? seems like the vizio brand is not what it used to be. : (

    Purchase on April 1, 2020 and on May 5, 2020 the TV turned off and it never turned on again. At this time I'm working with the store to see if a replacement is needed.

    Worked great at first but after 16 months, it will no longer turn on...Just outside the warranty period. $600 down the drain.

    Bad experience when activating features. Was told it would be fully functional in Mexico and now I can’t use any apps on the tv unless I connect my fire stick to it. Good quality but bad customer experience

    When the item arrived the power, channel, and volume buttons were broken and pushed into the body of the TV. Sometimes the remote does not turn the TV on and it has to be unplugged to reset before it works again.

    I bought this tv 6 hours ago. Set everything up, used the TV for about 1 hour. I tried to use it again about 30 mins later and it won’t start. I turn it on, the Vizio logo comes up and automatically turns right off. I’ve been trying to turn on my TV for a few minutes now and the same issue. I came to look at reviews and I see others are having the same issue. DEFINITELY do not purchase this TV. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for BEST BUY to open and go return this piece of junk!

    The tv had to be hard reset whenever an app freezes. After only a year the screen began lifting off of the panel.

    A huge bang for your buck

    This is a great TV. Right out of the box I could tell the dramatic difference in picture quality in comparison to my non-smart 55” Insignia. With that said the only reason I purchased this TV is because I was looking for a TV specifically for gaming. My old TV only went to 1080p: this one is 4K plus the picture software enhancements. If your needs are not gaming specific then the Insignia is an awesome TV plus they come in 4K now, but they do so with out any picture software enhancements. Also worth noting my Samsung sound bar sounds better and louder with the new vizio. PROS -high quality 4K resolution -picture software enhancements that improve gaming and AMD sync support ( able to support up to 120 hz) -Full Array Backlighting that makes dark colors look rich instead of washed out -smart tv that comes with many of today’s popular apps -4 latest gen hdmi ports with one supporting eARC -a port for an Ethernet cable -optical sound port for sound bar -usb port -reasonable price in comparison to similar TVs -High quality Dolby sound CONS -No Sling TV app (although a minor point because my main reason for purchasing this TV was gaming specific, and I can still use my Firestick). -There is no App Store. You’re limited to the apps that are pre-installed. (Again not a big deal because I have a Firestick, but it would be nice to have an App Store that supports all major apps) -For some reason my HDMI port #3 wouldn’t let me plug in my Firestick directly into the TV. I had to use the extension adapter for the Firestick or it wouldn’t fit. The # 3 port is the only one that has space for the Firestick with out the adapter piece, so I was kinda bummed out about that, but not a deal breaker; just annoying. -There is no 3.5 mm output for headphone connection or Bluetooth connectivity for BT enabled headphones. There is a left and right AV out, but still a Bluetooth connection would have been nice especially since this TV is marketed towards gaming. I bought this TV to use for PC gaming. This TV is not as good as any PC monitor for half the price, but it comes pretty darn close. I am doing a living room setup, so that’s why I choose a TV over a PC monitor. I haven’t had a chance to test the TV’s quality with my PC because I’m still waiting for it to get shipped to me, so I will update this review in a month or two after I’ve had a chance to test several games. TL:DR An excellent TV especially for gaming, but no BT connectivity for headphones. Still, a high quality television for a reasonable price.

    Would give this a -5 stars if available 2 tv same model 1st one returned power on and off issues. replaced with same model same problem will not power on or off with remote or power button on the tv. 7 tech support calls 1 tech visit with new power board and main board same exact problem run don't walk from this tv. I owned a vizio for 9 years no problem this one is a piece of crap.
