Gets stuck in a sleep mode

They sent a tech to replace a part in the inside but it still doesn't work properly. Vizio is sending a new TV to replace it so I hope it will work

Haf to call visio to help with setup because the tv wad possessed. Still having problem with remote communicate with tv and buttons on the back may or may not work.

Beware

They sent me two broken tvs that were supposed to be certified. Wasted a month going back and forth but least got my money back. Good luck trying to get this tv.

Game Mode picture problems

Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087.

Amazing tv for the price & technology in 2020!

To start the tv was delivery by UPS late on a Wednesday at round 3:30pm. I originally had a 43" Vizio E-series I definitely have to say 50" is the perfect size for my bedroom. First I started watching cable tv via Xfinity both upscaling, quantum dot looked amazing, and watching Netflix, it is super fast/instant, I just love Dolby Vision. Now my favorite part of this tv is the ProGaming Engine I have a PS4 Pro so with this new gaming engine I noticed smoother gameplay, better picture quality/HDR. The games I played on this tv were Ghost of Tsushima, Call of Duty MW, and Destiny 2. As for variable refresh rate I didn’t notice a difference because the PS4 Pro does not have it, but when the PS5 releases I will definitely notice it for sure. P.S. I did have a power issue with tv on the first night of watching Netflix so I had to factory reset after I did that it works perfectly fine. I’m very happy I have a future proof tv!!! Overall I’m really enjoying this new Vizio 2020 model tv ✅quantum color big noticeable difference ✅Deeper blacks look amazing ✅ProGaming Engine great for current gen/going to be more amazing for next gen ✅Dolby Vision HDR ✅Vizio IQ Active Processor fast, speedy, upscaling

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the first smart television we've purchased new, and though we're pretty pleased with the overall value, there are some issues that have made us wonder if we made the right choice: Pros: - Gorgeous TV for the price, including brightness/display options - Easily accessible, professional service - Many free stations/ movies - Flawless streaming (for the most part) - Built in casting Cons: - Sound is wonky, and we haven't figured out how to balance it. Fluctuations are significant enough that we're debating getting a sound bar to resolve it. - I know customer service is great because within 6 months of purchase, we've had to contact them. Their firmware has a substantial glitch (no home screen images) and they didn't know when it would be updated (yikes). - The app selection is sparse compared to others we've seen. I'm particularly bummed that there's not yet an app for Spotify. - No Bluetooth (but now it seems like I'm just getting picky...)

Good TV for basic uses

It has the correct mount for me, but that may be different for others. It doesn't have any support for Apple TV and the Vizio app selection is rather poor, but it's nothing an HDMI cable to the computer won't fix. Annoying, but not deal breaking for the price. Good picture (unless you're within a few feet, then it looks a little fuzzy) and viewing angles. The build quality is great, but time will tell how the panel is. I can see some glows from the side of the screen, but it's non-intrusive. Overall, great TV for the price.
