I have never encountered any issues with any of my Vizio's and I do not expect to. I ordered this TV for my brother and had it shipped to another state. They delivered all televisions the same day that I ordered them and they arrived without damage.

The number of HDMI imputs dropped in this model. Can't plug in as many items in the newer model. The tint function is non existent in the picture presets so you can't fine tune the picture easily.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. The purchase was for a relative in assisted living. There was a budget. He ensured that we got the best quality within that budget. Further, we had to complete the transaction over a work lunch break. No problem…we were done in 30 minutes.
