Freezes up

Started having problems with it freezing up, the only way to "fix" it was to unplug from the wall. Can't even return it because I'm 5 days past Best Buy 16 day return window. It's a shame, I usually like Vizio and Best Buy... not so sure any more.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again. GREAT TV UNTIL IT BREAKS IN 8 months

This TV was great while it lasted but Vizio lost a long time customer after this thing’s screen stopped working… such a shame
