Worst TV I've ever purchased. Poor picture quality. Programs are unwatchable.

I researched thoroughly before purchasing to make sure it had all the features I needed. Initial setup was slow, but that was ok as it was updating the software. After it completed the Tv was extremely slow with long freezes so I unplugged it for 30 seconds per recommendation. It solved the issue. Now to the picture quality Vizio suggest using calibrated mode. Some channels look amazing some overly colored and unnatural. The apps work as they should, but switching between them is not very fast. The remote works great but I wished it had buttons for channels instead of the on screen buttons. The voice command feature is a plus. I have it connected to a 2021 Denon 7.1 receiver via earc. It recognized the receiver and sound it great for movies and Tv. The Tv is hard wired using CAT8 cable to my router for best possible signal transmission. I use a clear wire antenna for local channels it pulled in 60+. Now the bad after the intial setup as I stated I had to unplug the TV so it would not behave sluggish. Today I turned on the Tv and no OTA channels would show. I changed the antenna turned it on and off. It would not recognize the Denon reciever either. The apps worked no problems. I had to unplug the Tv again and it fixed the issue. If this happens again I'll have to return it.

Good picture, but after 1 month it didn't turn on when the power button was pushed. Waiting for the Geek squad to come to repair it,

I'm not an electronics geek, so I may not be looking at all the things someone else would, but for the average consumer, this is a great TV. It was super easy to set up and there is a whole online library to assist with any issue you may have. I wanted to stream my cable from my ipad to my Vizio Smart TV, and the online instructions were super easy even for a non-Geek like me. I love the picture, the sound, and everything about it. It looks great in bright light and low light. I'm very satisfied with this TV!

I am very pleased withbthis television. It has an amazing picture and sound. Was extremely easy to set up and get going.

We have a wall unit and the 50 inch fits perfectly. We replaced a 40 inch and what a difference. Beautiful picture. We did have the usual startup problems resolved by unplugging and restarting. Same problems with every manufacturer of smart TVs. We love casting you tube videos of old shows. We got the 5 yr Geek warranty for 100$ and the TV on the Black Friday sale with curbside pickup. We are very pleased with our first Best Buy purchase.

I bought this for use as a PC monitor. I have three other 50" M-series 4K TV's and in general have been quite pleased with them.

Bought for Daughter - and she loves it! Mounted on the wall with no issues.

I purchased this tv on 2/19/22. On 6/1/23 the tv had no audio. I contacted Vizio tech suport, and repeated what I had already tried- soft and hard factory resets, trying different inputs, verfying audio settings, etc. They concluded it was a failure of the internal speaker system. The tech referred me to a Vizio manager, Mr. Williams. I repeated to him what was done. The tv was 2-1/2 months past warranty period. I told him I would NEVER again buy Vizio product. He offered no help. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND VIZIO. Caps are intentional.

Great TV! Easy to use with built in smart tv so could get rid of my roku stick. Voice remote is really helpful!

Not quite up to par,T.V. shuts off once in awhile then in a few sec ones comes back on??
