My only issue has been getting the sound to work with my ps4. I don’t get why it works fine with the apps, but with the ps4 I need to turn the volume all the way up to just barely hear whatever game I’m playing. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I’ve been through the settings on the tv and ps4. I’ll be getting a sound bar, but I don’t like having to get something else just so the tv functions good.

High Pitch Buzzing Sound

The picture has good color range, good contrast, good audio. Viewing angle leaves much to be desired. The negative of this unit is a very loud, in my opinion, buzzing sound that comes from the backside of the tv near where the inputs are. I suspect this is either a capacitor that is humming or something related to the backlight. I am able to hear it sitting 15 feet away, others may not depending on how sensitive your hearing is. Either way, this is unacceptable to me for something costing $700+ I returned my first one for another one thinking it may have been a fluke, but as soon as I powered up the replacement I could hear it immediately indicating a manufacturing defect. Second one was returned same-day and went with a different brand.

Edit: Also, this isn't the way the TV should be behaving, and since you're reporting multiple TV's experiencing the same problem, it may point to something in the environment causing the humming. Vizio is So far so good

I graduated from a 2015 non smart vizio to a 2021/22 smart model. I'm super excited. I will give this TV a proper review when Best Buy updates my online account to show that I own this TV and which I physically do. I can't facilitate any warranty issues online.

I try to watch HBO and it freezes a lot and kind of makes me want to get an Apple TV just to see if it is my internet or the Vizio.
