It took me longer to walk to the store and then back to my car, than it did for the clerk to retrieve my purchase and bring it outside to my car for me. That is what I call GREAT SERVICE. Thank you

Just purchased this new Vizio after having no problems with our 13 y/o Vizio from 2012. I just replaced it because of the age but it has had no technical issues

Really good TV. Software is responsive and doesn't feel super fragile like so many other TVs in this category.

    Great TV, terrible software

The TV hardware is great but the OS is terrible. It often won't turn on or crashes. You have to unplug the TV and hold the power button for a minute to reset it. Once done it might work for another few times. I'm hoping a Roku and a change to the default input will fix this.

    Vizio is total garbage

#1 - Dirty screen. I should have returned the TV for this reason alone. Very noticeable in low contrast scenes, particularly white dominant scenes. #2 - Very slow out of the box. It can stream 4K HDR, but the "smart" component is very weak. Slow to react to input. #3 - HDMI Failure. After about two years the HDMI inputs failed. eARC still works thankfully, but no video input. #4 - REBOOTS! Since I got the TV I had issues with needing to reboot the TV. Now, I need to reboot it daily. Very annoying. It also takes about 5-10 minutes for the home screen to load. #5 - Local Dimming. I don't know why, but they chose to use 16 local dimming zones for the model I have. This means you can see squares of illumination about 6 inches in size turning off and on. I mean really? Why bother, just make it direct lit. I bought this mid-grade version because I had an eight year old VIZIO that was great for the price. I thought I would give them a chance on their mid-grade. VIZIO may get better, but for now. If you want cheap go HiSense or TCL. (I'd pick HiSense since I prefer Google to Roku) If you want to upgrade go LG. (Although their interface is atrocious, but I prefer to use AppleTV or a Shield anyway)

    Disappointing TV

We were disappointed with the color options on this TV. The red was too bright, no matter what. Also, the TV would black out without warning (not on commercial breaks). We returned the TV.
