Easy set up even if I did have to go to the internet to do it. Nothing comes printed anymore so you have to have a smartphone or computer/laptop in order to be able to set the TV up. Newsflash not everyone is good with that stuff!!!

There is a gray tone or haze in the picture and the speakers sound like they are muffled in a box so having to watch using the closed cap feature. Also not sure how to describe a "blur" or not focused picture. Streaming tends to have a slight better pic than cable live tv shows. Already looking to return and replace. (We have 2 other vizios in the house d-series that are just fine)

Color and clarity is below average and we had to add a sound bar for sound. Now 10 months later - there is no picture at all.

I compared it to 6 other similar TV’s and this one just had the best overall stats and the things that I wanted. My husband was very much set against it as he doesn’t like the brand, but I talked him into it based on the comparison and these awesome reviews.. Te app options are great, I love that I can connect to Alexa and I love that I can connect my Apple phone. But my gosh, the sound quality is not good, it sounds like theres a tiny speaker in the back of the TV. Oof, and the picture quality… it’s just terrible!! Sometimes you can actually see the pixels and almost like a cloudy film like look? It’s hard to explain. But even when the picture quality is decent, it still has a fuzzy like appearance. Most definitely not something I’d expect from a brand new TV made in 2023! We even did a test.. Compared this TV against my 5+ year old other brand Smart TV in my room. 3 DVD’s and a show. 2 of the DVD’s were the same movie, but one was normal and one Blu-ray. My bedroom tv was flawless! My 5+ year old TV! The Normal DVD looked just about the same on my bedroom tv than the Blu-ray looked on this brand new tv! I have no idea how the reviews are this good. I’m not sure if I got a faulty TV or what, but the thought of exchanging it for a new one and then having to return it for a new one of the replacement has the same issues, is just a hassle. Such a bummer and now I’m back at square 1 AND I have to admit to my husband that he was right. Overall, such a bummer and proof that reviews can’t be trusted.
