    This Tv stopped working a week or two after purchasing it brand new, from the store, and now we are trying to figure out how to get our money back because that is absolutely ridiculous.

    The picture quality is ok but the tv itself was poor quality it actually turn off by itself and ended up returning it for another one.the new one doesn’t turn off by itself but it lags when you first turn it on

    Picture quality is subpar, Bluetooth works at first, but you must unpair and repair each time or it gets garbled.

    Brought open box. Website said it had all the accessories BUT came with the wrong TV stand legs (which is why it was probably brought back in the 1st place).

    Poor at best. I purchased (3) Vizio at the same time (2) 32 inch and (1) 50 inch. All three freeze when first turned on say SmartCast did not load

    I had a v505-h9 model from 2020 that i ADORED, and was moving stuff around and it fell and got busted so i tried to order someone as simular to it as possible. I unboxed this and its very different from my old one. The legs were hard to put on and they wobble even when screwed in harx as possible. But also it says 4k uhd, and theres a vast difference of picture quality from my older model. The old one had super clear picture on all content. This one had blurry backgrounds and just way worse quality, it doesnt look like a 4k uhd picture quality tv. Also the 'gaming ingine' doesnt pop on when i try to game as my old one did. Im very unhappy with this and wish i could get it swapped for the older model i had.

    the tv doesn't have as good color as my other one and the sound is real low so you have to turn it up real high to hear it

    repair man has already been out once and it shut itself off without being programmed to about 9 hours later
