Happy with Vizio

Inputs on the back are sufficient. Maybe I would have preferred one more HDMI. Customer Service at BestBuy was excellent.

Do not purchase Vizio TV

The TV will not pick up analog channels and the operating system is unstable and terrible to work with. Nothing but problems from this TV. Avoid at all cost to avoid headaches. By a Samsung or any other brand. Customer service from Vizio is awful and they don’t know there product

Go for an Insignia

The picture quality and sound comparison to insignia’s is not very noticeable. For me, Insignia’s value compared to Vizio is in there reliability. My Insignia has lasted 6 years.

Good value for the price

TV set up was easy and I like direct access to streaming channels from the remote. I wouldn't say the picture quality is the very best, but it's fine for our room

Cheap Product/Poor Customer Service

I plugged the optical cable back into the rear of the TV and the metal bracket holding the cable no longer has rigidity and the cable falls out of the slot. I called vizio and this is not a manufacturers defect and is not being covered. I was told to take the TV to a repair shop. The TV sound works, but doesn't help when I use a soundbar.

Difficult user interface

junk!!!!
