After resetting several times still no luck, called Vizio and after several attempts at having them update the tv, it finally worked and has been fine since.

The screen quality is still good, but this TV has always taken about 15 minutes anytime you turn the TV on to connect to the Smart TV part (aka Netflix, Hulu). This has been very frustrating the entire time.
