Nice tv

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Price was right

And they don’t make this model anymore

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I was in Best Buy (Bklyn Atlantic mall) I spoke with one of the Best Buy sales person and asked him specifically does this VIZIO tv allow me to mirror screen from my phone to the TV he said yes. I said I just want to be able to use my phone directly on the TV without internet. He said yes you will be able to do that. A couple of weeks later I get my TV and I cannot smart view my phone to the tv without having internet and now I got to pay for Optimum online because of the $300 TV I just bought, thanks a lot. Best Buy just wasted my money my time and caused me frustration as I sit here in a dark room staring a blank screen with no antenna, no cable and no way to connect my tv to my phone. P.s. it took so long to get my tv because the first time they delivered it, the tv had a crack right in the middle of the screen. T_T

Had to return. Defective!

First thing my boyfriend and I noticed about this TV was the terrible lag between the sound and the image on the tv. I tried multiple different kinds of settings including the lip syncing setting. Nothing worked. Then the tv randomly started to turn off and on every once in a while. Just a black screen for a few seconds. That was no good for my boyfriend who was playing xbox games on it. The last straw was when the tv decided to do the off/on thing over and over again to the point that it wouldn't stop doing it. Back into the box it went and returned to bestbuy. I saw this same thing happen to other people in the reviews as well. Stay away from this tv.

Small but cheap

Poor Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV and was doing curbside pickup, they didn't let me out of my car so when i got home the TV box i noticed had a dent in it, as soon as i opened the box i saw the TV screen is smashed with glass breaking off of it- i have called the store numerous times only to sit on hold for over 30 minutes each time with nobody answering, i am highly disappointed in this company as its impossible to get a resolution it seems, i am going to have to just drive back to the store and demand to speak to a manger on when the TV i paid for will be available, i am also looking to review on google for others to see that if they purchase online, to not leave or let the sales associate out of your sight until you fully inspect the product because if its broken you can't get any help to get it fixed.

This was my fist TV for my apartment and I don’t know how are other brands comparing to this one. But, this tv is super slow, multiple disconnection with chrome casting and airdrop. Absolute junk!

On August 11th, this TV completely stopped working. I tried troubleshooting every possible solution from websites, forums and technical support and it has been deemed the system board is shot already. Of course my return date ended on July 29th so just a little over a month of owning this TV, it is now a piece of a junk and my store refuses to help me swap it out since I did not buy a warranty for it. I am done purchasing Vizio products, they really went down the tubes.

Posted .Hello Paul, The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.
