    I have a Vizio (V655-G9) TV in my living room and love it. I bought a (V505-G9) for my den and couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of sound and overall build quality. Had I know this was such junk, I would have spent an extra $100-$150 for something of superior quality.

    Worst tv I ever bought, in less than 2 years bottom half of screen went dark. Was told it was the backlight, was going out and in settings is already max out. All my Samsung TVs lasted well over 3 years if not longer. First and last vizio for me.

    Set the tv up and in less than 24 hrs the screen and volume were gone. Went on Vizio website and this is a known issue with this particular series. Returned it and bought a different brand.

    I would not purchase this tv again! After 7 months, the HDMI ports shorted out. With a purchased warranty, the store sent it back for repairs. After a week, still no word on whether it will be repaired or replaced! With no tv for my use, I am going to WalMart next time.

    Bought the tv, set up same day and half the smart tv apps don’t work at all. I tried returning the next day but because of COVID stores aren’t accepting returns til at least the end of May. Now I’m stuck with a busted tv while on quarantine. This is horrible.

    Netflix is the only thing that works on this tv, I don’t have cable so I just use Netflix Hulu and amazon prime so this is pretty disappointing. I’ve tried everything I could. I also read quiet a few reviews after the fact that said the same thing.

    I ordered 2 of these TV's as gifts for Christmas. One of them was fine but the other one had a cracked screen and did not work at all. Since they were Christmas gifts they exceeded the 15 day return policy so I was out my money and the gift was useless.

    Opened it up and it had a crack from one end of the screen to the other end. When trying to return it they said they cant until may 15th after they said yes they can. Drove a hundred miles to the nearest store. Not cool.

    I ordered this tv for a great price last week . Today I had my sons set it up and as soon as they turned the tv on the t.v. had lines and was black...I wasted my money which I didnt really have durin this covid virus.

    This TV is an oversized chromecast. Don't waste your money. Unless you want waste your money. Not my business but I'm taking this thing back first thing tomorrow. Thanks Visio but I already have a chromecast from 1984.

    After 5 months TV continued to turn off every 10-15 minutes. I reset, bought new plug, went through settings and still didn’t fix the problem. I assume it’s the tv board. I total waste of money and time.

    Tv had 4 lines going down right hand side as soon as I took it out and plugged it up. Geek squad wouldn’t repair even though I had protection so I had to return. I will never again buy a open box item!!

    Connectivity is terrible. Menus are slow to load. Videos are unwatchable. It's hardwired to a 1gb switch. I've tried switching the network cable and switch port, no change. This TV is garbage, avoid it like the plague.

    Bought this TV in 2019 and the picture has already gone out. The previous vizio that we bought did the same thing. Never buying vizio again! Very unhappy with these purchases.

    This TV wouldn’t connect to my internet no matter what I did. I had to factory reset it so many times for it to work just to go back to demo mode whenever I would turn the tv on.
