This TV is terrible

Where is the 4k

Posted .Hello Roaratom, this television is 4K and Dolby Vision, HDR 10 and HLG compatible. If you are using external devices for HDR content please ensure you have turn on Full Color UHD in the television Input menu. No Apple TV Plus

Waste of money

SmartCast doesn’t work

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.

You can adjust picture settings using the PIC button on your remote, you can launch apps using dedicated 1 press to launch keys at the top of your remote, and the on screen setup gives you visual instructions to get the TV up and running. If there was another area you found difficult to use, please let us know so we can make sure to keep improving our products.
