    I would have to say that I am very impressed with my purchase. Not only does it have 4K and lots of extras but also hands-free voice-activated when I purchase an Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant that's my next purchase for sure

    I wanted to get girls a tv for there room. I really just wanted something bigger than what they had. Also wanted them to have a smart tv to be able to watch Netflix at ready. Something simple.

    Day after day I use and abuse this tv. And now I have google home hub doing all the work with my voice command. Definitely get this one it’s a steal for the value.

    Non Functioning TV & Terrible Best Buy Support

    I purchased this TV for my new apartment to replace my 7 year old Vizio Smart TV. The TV doesn't work. When I open the Netflix app it freezes then I'm not able to do anything until the TV is reset to factory settings. The Hulu app doesn't work either....but at least it opens (it just freezes after the show is selected). There are several articles about this online and Vizio support has a section on how to fix this. After attempting all fixes I decided to contact Best Buy. Best Buy's 888 number prompted me to call my local store or use online support. I waited an hour and no answer from the local Best Buy store so I initiated online Chat. After 20 min w/ online chat support they told me I needed to call the 888 support number and say "operator" instead of "return item." Finally getting through to Best Buy (888) phone support and was told I needed to talk to the store where I purchased it from. By this time I had spent 2 hours getting pinged around; therefore the store was closed. After telling them the store was closed and requesting to speak to a supervisor the representative transferred me to the stores extension where I received a "We are now closed message" So I called Vizio, their support team was awesome. Spent an hour walking me through different options to fix the TV...none of which worked. It will take them 8-12 days to replace it so they recommended trying to get back in touch with Best Buy. The most irritating part is that I spent $300 getting this TV mounted plus $75 for the cable person to come out and connect things. I live in Chicago where I don't have a car so taking it down myself and returning it to a store location is going to cost me multiple Uber rides and handy man fees to take the thing down then come back and re-mount it. Every Best Buy rep told me "We can send someone out to replace the TV including mounting BUT I'm not able to set that up so you'll need to use this other support option and they will help you and I'll input all the notes so all you have to do is tell them the case number." To my surprise, the case number was never recorded in their system and the next Best Buy support person told me the same narrative. All in all...a $300 TV has now cost me double that and is basically just a black picture on the wall. If you don't want all the headache just buy a different TV b/c this one isn't worth the hassle since opening the Netflix app renders it unusable.

    Vizio has me so impressed I’ve been through 5-6 TVs. They are user friendly and mid priced. We currently own 3 at the moment. I will always choose Vizio. Good clarity and and only negative is the sound. However I’ll buy a Soundbar or speakers and hope for the next. Love my Vizios and always recommend them!

    I bought this for Christmas gift. Came in early. I love all the Features on it. I can watch live streams from fd, Instagram ect on the tv.

    I ordered this TV to use a monitor for my computer, received it and the mount and got it up on the wall only to find the screen was broken. I contacted BestBuy and they sent a replacement overnight! I've had it here for two weeks and I love it!

    Bought this TV, first one delivered and set up on its legs, plugged it in and it was nothing but a spiderweb on the screen. Called customer service and they sent another out (delayed several days from stated delivery date). Got the second, same thing set it up and plugged it in. Hallelujah...this one had the set up screen. Followed all the instructions and it kept running the set up screen (downloading updates and restarting). It did this a dozen times while I was talking to Geek Squad. Who told me that’s not normal and I needed a technician to come out and fix it. I’m boxing this one up and sending it back also now for a full - refund (hopefully...still need to talk to customer service). This is sad piece of garbage. This tv was replacing a 12 year old Vizio that was spectacular all the way around. At this point all I can say is find a different TV to buy if you want to avoid a good deal of frustration and reboxing several TV’s, taking time to run them to FedEx for shipping. Awful experience.

      Hi Mone. When you connect a VIZIO TV to the internet the first time- it will download system updates to add new features like Apple AirPlay 2, HomeKit support, and updates for devices like Amazon Alexa. It can take 2 or 3 updates depending on the model, but it shouldn't take 12.
