Everything was wrapped and in the box except for the screws for the tv legs. Purchased some and set up my tv. Sales associate was knowledgeable and courteous. All safety measures for COVID 19 were in place. A very satisfied customer.

Chrome Cast Feature

I had to rely on chrome cast to use features like this, but I didn't really even do that. Instead I just hooked up my Roku. Picture quality is great. Sometimes there is a lag in the visual and audio but other than that it's a nice TV.

Great tv

My only problem with this tv however is that sometimes the smart cast won’t load up and it disconnects from the WiFi so you have to reset the tv and it logs you out and you have to log back into your streaming apps. Overall tho a great buy.

Great quality and size

We needed a bigger T.V. for the living room due to how big the T.V. stand is and this is the perfect size without being too big. I have a different 50" in my bedroom as well and the size is great to prevent eye strain when watching T.V. or movies.

It was a huge success, just big enough to appreciate the details and has a great high gloss screen that allows for deeper blacks and colors. It is especially captivating on the Vivid picture setting. Great smart features too.

nice bright sharp picture

Shopped around and decided to buy at Best Buy for their service. Set it up at home and was very happy with it. Only drawback is their manual is on the screen or online. I prefer to have the book in my hand for ready reference.

But I purchased it with the intention of setting it up on my Xbox for some 4K gaming. Come to realize it won’t work with 4K. Because the gaming was my main purpose of the tv I chose to return it, but if you’re using the tv as a tv then it is an awesome choice!

We lov it, the picture Quality is amazing, we rented a 4K Movie just to see how great it is! I recommed the Vizio TV!
