The tv has a great picture and sound it's like your in a movie theater but you dont have to have it up past five to hear it

This is a good TV for a typical living room. It has a good image and nice extra features. We have it hooked to the internet and watch YouTube and other streaming services.

Gray television and such a great bargain. Picture is great and the smart features are something I just cannot see myself being without

The Smart TV i purchased is a great product and the best purchased ive made in this store so far.

The set up couldn’t be easier. It walks you through it. It has to cycle through updates several times. But if you’re patient it does all of the work for you.

Have to admit I was little bit hesitant when buy tv for very cheap however after a couple of months I am happy with the purchase. My very first flat tv was a Vizio and it was pretty cheap in comparable to other brands. Now with other brands that comes out for much cheaper than this. I couldn’t complain about the quality. However I do have one issue and it is the way how tv’s stand is designed. It is V shaped in which is connected to tv toward the edge of both side. I find this design to be little difficult when I have very small space and wish that the stand could be designed to be in center of TV.

This is a great TV. You get a ton of apps that include free shows. Great size and awesome picture. I'm going to buy a 2nd one for my husband's man cave!

I’m a straight forward Samsung type of guy when it comes to my TV choices. So you can only imagine my surprise in the picture quality with this TV. Great picture and sound.

A good TV but not as good as we had expected. Viewing from a sharp angle the picture is somewhat distorted. Other than that, a good picture, color and sound.

the TV is a little odd trying to use it but its a TV. It works. The smart TV function is great but I think the app updates are a little behind still.

Very affordable great pic i thought it would be cheap in material but its not i get that for my clients whenever budget is tight but it really does the job

The picture is clear and crisp. The pixels move much faster. Set was fast and easy. The resolution for 2160p is much sharper. It is a good television for the price.

The quality and size is just perfect for a simple living room setting. Speakers have a large range. Great for gaming as well. SmartCast is easy to use!

I work at an apartment community and we have prize drawings fairly frequently - we always purchase this TV. The residents love it and it doesn't break our budget!

Fine piece of equipment the remote could have bigger buttons to make it better I had to use 800 number to get set up but after that no complaints only praise

When it does work it's fine. When it doesn't work it's a hassle. I got this TV in early August, 2019. It worked fine for awhile. About mid-October it developed problems. First, the screen jumps to zoom mode frequently. That's when about a fourth of the image on the screen shows up on the screen. So there's dialog while the image is zoomed on a table or something like that. I used the menu to turn off zoom mode, but it's off already. Turning it on and back off does nothing. I have to do soft power cycle or REset to Factory Defaults to fix it. But a day or two later it's back to zooming. Second, the channel switching is slow. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds or more to go from one channel to the next. This happens a lot when I switch back and forth between 2 channels. If it takes much longer then there's the screen with graphics saying "we'll be right back". I get off the couch, load or unload the dishwasher, maybe a little more cleaning, before it comes back. Third, the television mode won't get out of Normal. Television Mode allows the screen to use normal aspect ratio, or switch to wide, stretch or zoom modes. However, this TV is on Normal and when I use the Television Mode button on the remote, there's a message saying it can't change. This happens whether or not I'm watching Ultra HD or HDR content. I haven't tried calling support as I know I'll get bounced around between an 800 number and calling the store I bought the TV from, based on past experience. I haven't called Vizio since I had a 20 minute wait on hold, and was disconnected. I dread calling for tech support because I usually connect with somebody who can't help and doesn't know anything. I also considered an LG 50" TV. Wished I bought that one instead.

I love this tv. The interface could be faster and load time could be faster but the quality is amazing for what you're paying for.

Purchased this item to replace a TV in the family room. It is a recent purchase but so far it meets the needs. The picture is very sharp.

Works flawlessly. Got a Vizio sound bar and subwoofer along with it and it’s a great package. Really easy to use as well, better than Samsung imo.

For the price, it's worth it. The picture and sound quality is great. It comes with a lot of free built in apps so there's no need for traditional cable.
