Great picture and quality not as easy to navigate

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv and quality and I have 2 new Samsung and 2 new Visio smart TVs and this was is much more challenging to navigate and downloaded manual but still can’t find out how to add apps and have SmartCast and other things but getting frustrated it doesn’t connect to my iPhone or things it says it is supposed to do, user error? My kids can’t get it to work either but anyway reasons I purchased still can’t get it to do....
