The volume stops working randomly and not even the physical buttons behind the TV will work. Pressing the home button on the remote will freeze the TV and all it shows is a black screen. Pressing the input button will do the same. Smartcast doesn't work either. NOTHING WORKS. I tried reaching bestbuy to make a return, but returns can only be made to store. (There's a quarantine out there!!!)

We may be able to help you reset the TV and get it running. If not- we'd be happy to help you get the unit replaced at no cost to you (under your warranty).

My tv remote does not work. The only thing I can do is turn my tv on and off I can’t watch my cable because the remote input button does not work I can’t turn my volume up or done because the remote does work.
