Do Not Buy! Did You Read That!..DO NOT BUY!!! I was so excited to purchase my FIRST SMART TV. I spoke with a Representative for assistance on what to buy, He gave recommendations for this piece of garbage and an LG. Going forward, sadly I chose the garbage VIZIO and BEFORE purchasing I informed the representative that this TV was for EXPORT he informed me that ALL BESTBUY TV’s have a Warranty for One (1) Year. The TV arrived and there’s a light shining at the top of the screen which clearly indicates that it’s damaged. I phone BestBuy and they of course say that they cannot assist as the TV has been shipped out of the USA! Are you serious! The product that I paid for is FAULTY! Whether it is shipped out of the USA to JOBRALTA!!! So who is Responsible? I am asked to call VIZIO and the representative has me pressing the OFF button for 10 seconds, LOL! Waste of Time! I was on hold for so long waiting for CORPORATE’S number after being told the CORPORATE office has no number. A company as well known as VIZIO has no corporate number, sure! Finally speaks with a Manager who certainly didn’t act like one! Again, Waste of Time! The TV’s remote has no light so you’re not able to see the buttons at night unless you have tunnel vision. I have also had to actually unplug the TV since I’ve had it three times to turn it off! I basically have no access to the SMART CAST App or whatever it’s called as it is not available in my region ( GEEK SQUAD) could do nothing go for me, so I only have NETFLIX, which sound is so low I have the increase the volume to the 50’s to hear a program in depth. Best Buy really needs to assist their International Customers Better we matter too! As long as you can accept my money, you should accept responsibility. So now I am stuck with this TV that can go bad at any day and then I’d have to purchase a new TV and pay Freight and Duties to get it shipped to my country of residence all over again.
