The remote is nice as well as the smart tv options. Not a bad tv for the price.

Posted .Hello WyoPa, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

THe integration with Alexa was simple and appreciated. This was our purchase aftger returning another manufacturers "smart TV" that wasn't very smart. I am a SONY man for my personal use but this model has me thinking more about Vizio and I may get one for myself! :)

Apparently it’s very common with this type of tv. Luckily I did something to get out of it and it’s worked every since. Great HD quality and sound could be a little more crisp but it’s still not enough to get mad about.

I am pleased with this TV however there is a small flaw. When viewing from a side angle the screen looses its color a little. Everything just gets whiter. But i got used to it. Its wasnt enough to make me want to return the tv.

I have no complaints... it’s really nice to be able to cast videos from almost any app to the tv now. The menu system is relatively quick to navigate, and the TV has more features than Samsung’s competing model, which is actually about $40 more expensive than the Vizio.
