Bought this tv as an upgrade to my old "dumb" tv. I have had great experiences in the past with vizio, but smart cast has been a thorn in my side almost monthly. Updates and not working are constant, at this point I am almost ready to go back to my fire stick.

I've had this TV for almost a year now. I love it because it's so multifunctional. I can watch cable with my connected cable box as well as switch over to watch Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, and many others. I also love that it supports Apple AirPlay, Apple Home, and Amazon Alexa.

I love the new TV. It’s amazing. But what I could say is the shipping could be better it went to the wrong address but I put on there was correct. When I got it it went to the wrong address. Please look at the address before shipping it. And I would buy this TV again from you.

I got this tv after my son broke my Samsung TV so it wasn't in the budget to buy a new one. I found this LG open box and got it for a very good price. Very impressed with its features and how clear the screen is. Only con is having to use a sound bar because volume is too low.

Big screen This TV seems to be OK in general. However, smartcast loading time is very slow. Loading time between program channels is slow as well. Inbuilt apps are useful until we connect to channel box or room antenna. Difficult to switch between TV channels and Inbuilt apps.

The video quality is great. My only complain was that dark videos can look a bit distorted for some reason. But bright colorful videos look great. Very loud speakers

everything working like a gem, 4k media comes in 4k sharpness, only issue is the sound sometimes is not usable. by that I mean I can't turn it up with the remote or the button on the tv, I have to unplug and replug the tv to get the sound to work properly.

It is one of my best purches of smart tv so far, had no issues, it's got mostly anything you need to a starter tv, but... not the best! Also supports both Dolby Vision and HDR10! Still would recommend to a friend!

Had to replace my 55 inch Vizio Smart TV that stopped working. Needed something that I could afford. This 50 inch TV was something I could afford. I do not like the stand though, because I can't turn it to on my fireplace mantle to view it at a different angle. Otherwise it is a good TV.

Connected to the sound bar without issue. The smart menu is quick, and the Vizio cast feature is decent free alternative to paid subscription services. The remote is a bit slippery and connects to services I don't use. The feel and appearance is that of quality.

Purchased this TV for my wife's guest room so she would have a TV to watch while I self isolate myself away from my family due to me being a Registered Nurse and having to care for some very sick people. I only purchased because of the applications but behold to my surprise none of the apps installed work. Overall the TV works great and the quality is excellent. Yes, I now you can cast and buy a streaming device but that defeats the purpose of buying the smart TV.

The TV is great! The only down fall is the sounds seems to come from the bottom of the TV. Thus, the sound if muffled/hard to hear unless the volume is up high. We previously had a surround system so we use it during movies. Otherwise we just turn up the volume!

Live that I can connect straight from my iPhone to watch anything. Never owned vizio brand always Samsung. Quality could be better but I guess it wasn’t expensive at all so i guess I wouldn’t expect the best quality. Would buy again for kids.

It’s an easy tv to use.. it was nice when it updated I was able to get Disney plus I love the size . The only think I don’t like is that it looks looks fuzzy a lot . Also when it’s been on for a while a lot of times I have to unplug or reset it

I purchased this for my parents to cut their cable. The built in apps are easy for them to understand and navigate and has quite a bit of free content easily searchable. Would like to have a bit better sound, but a sound bar solves that easily

The tv is excellent but the only drawback I would say is the Vizio Smart Connect. I just find it absurd you'd have to do a factory reset on the TV just to get rid of an app instead of the ability to uninstall it. Otherwise, I would recommend this tv.

bought a samsung had multiple issues on day one. exchanged it for vizio and its perfect. this tv does not have ads running on the menu screen like samsung tvs and the menu on the vizio is simple to use.

TV works great. Disappointed by how many movies say free to watch, however you need to be a member to view, or sign in a user id with a subscription to watch. TV use to be free. Watch Free is free and changes often.

Great tv small problem when it came to getting the audio for my cable box to work due to the settings on the tv needing to be changed. Outstanding warranty from Vizio great customer service.
