The TV works great as a general TV: the sound is good, picture is crisp. But I often have connection issues streaming Hulu and Netflix through their shortcuts (whereas they both play fine through my Amazon Fire Stick). Its new trick is to totally freak out with the cable input and have everything freeze up enough that I have to power cycle. Of course this time, the menu itself is frozen so I can't cycle it. I'm yelling at this TV entirely too often.

We always buy Visio Smart TV’s and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend people go to Best Buy for this TV for it’s affordable price and excellent customer service.

I love it that you can easily look up almost anything. The one thing I like a lot is the Netflix app, the free tv is also good, just wish they had ESPN, not many options but it’s a very nice television, I highly recommend it

You Guys have Awesome Customer Service from the time you walk up to the door up until you Leave. Especially During this time of the Pandemic. The Price was just right as I really needed a new Television.

Also the back was built for hangup took me no time to hang up, I love the remote where it has all the features like Redbox; Netflix an others at the touch of a button. Great middle size TV to hang up in Bedroom

Good quality for price. Tv hardware is good, doesn’t feel cheap. Interface is kinda whack. Speakers are at the bottom which is a tad annoying, but overall great tv.

The picture and sound are great. However, it is not used friendly. Requires a lot of steps when navigating between live tv and streaming.

Cheapest Dolby Vision TV, for a reason. At first I was stoked but after some time (RIGHT AFTER the 30 day return policy) it started acting up. I would have to turn it on then off several times just to get it to work. Audio no image, image no audio, and constant back and forth between the 2. This time I Tried it this time, NOTHING! Checked on some forums and was told to disconnect the power cable and press power button for 10secs. This is such a hassle since I have it child proof in case of an earthquake. I wanted to believe in a fellow Californian TV company, I may rate it a 1 star if this happens again soon.

The picture quality is good for the price. However, I bought this TV coming from Roku and let me be very clear, the software is very unintuitive

The Vizio TV is performing as described in the product literature. Only complaint is the built-in Chromecast is not providing 4K quality. I had to purchase a separate Chromecast Ultra 4K to meet my expectations.

I love most aspects of this tv. Mainly the fact that it has the red/yellow/white plugs so that I can use my ps2. The only gripe I have is when it updates, but that’s with all smart tv’s.

First TV came with a cracked screen and we notified best buy and they sent another one within 2 days!! Great TV!!! I am very pleased with my purchase!! Great customer service as well.

This tv has perfect color settings, great streaming quality and elegant menu design. Games, movies and tv look great on this tv. Upgrading to using a USB 2.0 cord made all the difference in quality as well.

The pricing for a Visio was out of sight. I've always wanted a Visio but could never afford because the price was always beyond my budget. Having a Visio Smart eliminate the use of other devices.

Disappointed that the box was left outside an elderly woman’s condo unit. Didn’t wait for someone to answer the door. Neighbor had to get it inside before it rained that afternoon.

It's okay having some volume problems but other than it keep going up and mute by itself that tv is okay.

Purchased this for my dad as his Father's Day gift. He loves the "Watch free" feature this TV has. Lots of free shows/movies to choose from. Not to forget it also comes with other movie apps.

I love this TV, only issue I hate is sometimes the TV won't power on So I have to unplug it from the back of the TV, hold the power button for 10 seconds and then plug it back it.

Purchased this for my mom so she can watch tv with the apps available for it. She loves it. The tv apps and all they offer is everything she needed. Well worth what I paid during Black Friday sales.

This is a great tv at a very reasonable price. It has less connections that a lot of the higher priced units, but has plenty for basic use. We are using this as a wall mounted monitor for office meetings.
