But I often have connection issues streaming Hulu and Netflix through their shortcuts (whereas they both play fine through my Amazon Fire Stick). Its new trick is to totally freak out with the cable input and have everything freeze up enough that I have to power cycle. Of course this time, the menu itself is frozen so I can't cycle it. I'm yelling at this TV entirely too often.

I highly recommend people go to Best Buy for this TV for it’s affordable price and excellent customer service.

The one thing I like a lot is the Netflix app, the free tv is also good, just wish they had ESPN, not many options but it’s a very nice television, I highly recommend it

Great & okay

At first I was stoked but after some time (RIGHT AFTER the 30 day return policy) it started acting up. I would have to turn it on then off several times just to get it to work. Audio no image, image no audio, and constant back and forth between the 2. This time I Tried it this time, NOTHING! Checked on some forums and was told to disconnect the power cable and press power button for 10secs. This is such a hassle since I have it child proof in case of an earthquake. I wanted to believe in a fellow Californian TV company, I may rate it a 1 star if this happens again soon.

Only complaint is the built-in Chromecast is not providing 4K quality. I had to purchase a separate Chromecast Ultra 4K to meet my expectations.

Great quality, annoying to deal with when updating

Mainly the fact that it has the red/yellow/white plugs so that I can use my ps2. The only gripe I have is when it updates, but that’s with all smart tv’s.

Games, movies and tv look great on this tv. Upgrading to using a USB 2.0 cord made all the difference in quality as well.

Don’t like legs on this unit

Didn’t wait for someone to answer the door. Neighbor had to get it inside before it rained that afternoon.

My dad loves it!

He loves the "Watch free" feature this TV has. Lots of free shows/movies to choose from. Not to forget it also comes with other movie apps.

It has less connections that a lot of the higher priced units, but has plenty for basic use. We are using this as a wall mounted monitor for office meetings.
