i have been looking for a tv for a while . I went to best buy and noticed this tv and said go for it.. I was very surprised with quality for the price. Picture is very clear and every thing i need it has. A++++

The TV looks great. The sound is sub par but really anyone can pick up a sound bar to fix that pretty cheap. Not many options in the menu other than picture color, brightness, etc. I have yet to be able to stream Full HD using Netflix or a couple other apps.

Purchased this for our church's youth room for various media set-ups. Like that it has several ports and a great picture for a larger room. Will need to upgrade to a sound bar or other speaker system however. At mid-upper levels the sound vibrates too much.

This was a great purchase. I shopped for tv's for months, i went to best buy and they were so helpful! i set up for delivery and it was at my house a few days later! the tv picture is crisp and beautiful.

This is my first Vizio TV and it will not be my last! Great picture, great sound and although I've only had it a short time, so far so good! The picture is clear and sharp and the colors are vivid.

Excellent tv remote wasnt working when we first got it. Called customer service they said this tv was too new to know what was wrong. Replaced batteries problem got solved after messing with it. Great price best purchase. Bad store in bakersfield though

Best Buy has the best product of Televisions I'm in love with my Vizio 55" Smart television picture and sound is excellent the best investment I have ever made in purchasing televisions. No other store can beat Best Buy prices and quality of merchandise

The one thing that bothered me was the tape at the top shifting and the light seeps out through it. Other than that, it's a good quality TV for the price. Also, the employees I dealt with in store definitely made me feel better about my purchase.

Well its been less then I month but so far so good. I only watch stuff off Amazon and netflixs as we do not have cable. The built in smart features are nice and easy to use. More available apps would be nice but the truth is I would not use them often.

Set up easy. It was exactly what we expected it to be. It's really hard to beat this TV for the price. The only issue I had is that the remote is a little co fusing as the words like next that appear on screen during set up aren't on the remote.

The tv was on sale over the holidays. Great value for the price. Easy set up, but you definitely need a sound bar. Picture is really nice. We have had it for about 4 months and no complaints.

The only thing i dont like about this tv is that it all runs off the remote. There are no power, channel changing, or volume buttons on the tv itself

Great TV at a good price. I looked at this and the 4k version. Didn't see enough of a difference to really warrant the extra $500+ it would have cost.

Great TV, great price. Set up a piece of cake. Light and easy to hang. Only complaint is in regards to the Smart TV features. Vizio has limited apps, for example they don't have SlingTV, so I have to use a roku player. Otherwise a good tv.

I was in the market for a smart TV and this was one of the better reviewed TVs I found. Has great picture quality and Best Buy price matched another store so I got it at a nice price as well. You won't be disappointed if you purchase a Vizio.

We purchased this TV for our new home and decided we wanted to go with a Smart TV. We have been pleased with the purchase thus far. We have had to call customer support once put they walked us through the steps and everything was a breeze!

Excellent price, nice tv, easy to setup. not a fan of the wasted black space on sides or top of screen--I have to go to screen-Full and then it chops off sports tickers and/or cable guide channels. for movies and games the view is great, though. had issues getting smart function(apps-Netflix etc) to work until I went back and RESET to factory settings....I had skipped the initial setup with name/address etc thinking i would do it after making sure the tv worked....apparently that 'cant be done later' and prevented me from getting it to work with wifi...which is tough cuz the manual is online and cant be viewed til tv is set up right.

I would highly recommend this TV. Great picture and sound is louder than most flat screen TV's

This TV is a great buy for the price. The picture is great, sound is good, it is wifi capable. Everything we hoped for. We had the Geek Squad deliver and install and they even removed the huge old TV for us. It couldn't have been simpler.

This is a basic TV, but has a good picture and sound, would recommend the M- series one instead of this one. Still very satisfied with the TV. Love the fact that they have kickstands holding it up. Makes it easy to dust under the TV.
