A couple of hints for new buyers: 1) If you notice the number at top of TV screen says 480i and not 1080p go to your cable box settings and change the video settings in there to 1080p. **If possible have the delivery people hook up your TV, we did not do this and we ran into the issue of the TV picture not being clear enough because we needed to change settings on Cable box...had we had the delivery people there they probably would've known this and saved us a lot of time!** (2) You will need a table to put this TV on that is at least 5 feet long by about 12 inches wide. (3) The legs of the TV are kinda small and seem unstable, but the TV is heavy and I tried to move the TV and it does not seem like it will fall...however, I really wish the legs were thicker and it had a better base. Overall, once we got the TV video all correct the picture is beautiful !!!!!!

Just purchased this tv last night. Easy to set up and so far so good. finding the remote control code to program our att u-verse remote was a pain in the butt! The code was 1459. Just wanted to put that out there to help someone out that purchases this tv. If I come up with any complaints I will update.

This is a great TV. We love it. A smart TV is so much better, no longer need multiple devices to watch Netflix or Hulu. That being said, I have the absolute worst experience when buying the TV, customer service was absolutely horrible on a consistent basis.

My father went from having a 32 inch tube tv bought in 2000 to this HDTV. First time seeing HD and he loves it. colors are good, vibrant picture for his waning eyes. bought the 5 year replacement plan with it. Happy camper. Thanks Best Buy!

I bought this TV to replace a failing older TV for my Bedroom. Is it overly fancy, No but the features are great and the sound is incredible from TV speakers.

I love our new t.v. It's great! Can see everything so clear. My husband and I wanted a new t.v. And we always buy Vizio because we never had a bad experience any of our Vizio tvs. They last forever!!!

Highly recommended! Easy to use smart features. Amazon, Iheart, Pandora. Netflix and YouTube just to name a few! You will not be disappointed!

Best TV on the market, for the money! Great picture.

Long term test shows great reliability. 6 1/2 years after purchase and this TV is still handling all the day to day duties of family life. Full time streaming with Roku stick (built in smart features are terrible) and Xbox One gameplay. Who knows how the speakers have held up since I’ve used a sound bar forever (all tv speakers are pretty much an afterthought anyway) Picture is still as bright as new and no pixel issues. It’s a great Tv and a testament to the brand. When I finally do upgrade to 4K I will be looking at the Vizio line first

We bought this TV a month ago and have been very impressed EXCEPT the speakers keep crackling! We had the first one replaced after noticing it (along with a dead pixel) but the replacement does it as well. Very annoying.

wow, as good a TV as I could imagine...self install was so easy, set up was so fast, took me 15 minutes to have Smart functions working...grandsons video games are amazing..watched our 1st dvd last night, wish I had bought this a LONG time ago...thanks Vizio and Best Buy

nice n big tv, easy to setup - the stands make it very stable - it seems fairly resilient to a 3 year old as well, wipes clean - the youtube app randomly loses connection a bit

I purchased this tv last year and so far it's turned off by itself a couple of times but other than that I haven't had any other problems.

Set up was a breeze, the unit walks through all the steps and so easy to follow. Mostly used for the smart TV features, the quality looks pure without any lag or Skippy looking resolution. The sound quality is good, hooking up a sound bar was easy with the fiber optic plug in which the TV reads and turns on as the TV is turned on (one remote).

After reading conflicting reviews about this tv model, I asked the Best Buy Sales person if I could get my emails and internet on this SMART TV. He said yes! So I bought it. When I got it I found out It had no browser capabilities. I'm greatly disappointed with this.
