I have become a big fan of the Vizio brand. The tvs are a great deal for the price. My only real complaint is the limited remote control. It can be frustrating to set up the wifi connection and the app is not the most user friendly. Picture and sound quality have been well above my needs.

Picture is bright and crisp, but linking your phone to it can be troublesome.

Very Happy with this TV. My son is a big gamer and enjoys using the apps installed into the TV like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu etc. The size and quality and price are perfect for his needs. I would recommend this TV as one of your additional TV's for Bedrooms look for higher quality for Living Room.

The SmartCast does not work with Amazon or Xfinity, so useless for me. I bought this for a vacation rental thinking tenants can use their tablet to watch shows on their accounts. I hope they all have Netflix. The picture is nice. Sound is so so, but I added a soundbar, so better.

good tv, sharp picture, and very good sound. Could be a little better color.

This was my first vizio, and I wasn't disappointed! That picture was great and the the sound is clear and crisp the only thing that I'm not a huge fan of is having to use the app to edit the picture and audio settings.

I received very good service and purchased a quality TV for a good price.

I read a lot of the reviews on this T.V. before I bought it and I realized that people were complaining about the Smartcast, but didn't say many bad things about the overall picture. I figured I could live with being forced to use Smartcast as long as the picture was great.... Brought it home, hooked it up and had no problems downloading the app and pairing the T.V. with the app. I was actually enjoying the ease of use on the app and all of the neat features and thought it was great............ Then I left the room. Came back in and to my surprise the app was no longer paired with the T.V. I had the app search for the T.V. and suddenly it couldn't even find it! Chatted with Vizio online (they were great!) and what I ended up having to do is perform a complete reboot on the T.V. Everything was working just fine again................. Then I left the room. Came back in the room and had the same problem all over again!! This happened over and over. The next day I called Vizio on the phone. The guy was amazingly nice and seemed knowledgeable. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that he seemed so utterly surprised that I would be having this problem when I know that I read a few reviews (not sure which site) that said that some people were having the same problem. No way am I the only one. He recommended that I try putting the app on a different phone. Well I tried it on 3 different phones and had the same thing happen over and over again. Now to the picture quality... At first the picture quality was great. It was clear and vibrant but there seemed to be a faint "haze" to the picture which I didn't like. When I tried to change the settings just a little bit the picture got way worse and was not clear or vibrant anymore. I would choose one of the preset settings (Normal, Vibrant, etc.) and it would be ok, but I have to say the T.V. never had that awesome picture it had when we first turned it on. I'm not sure why that would be, but I just couldn't live with the app problems and the not so great picture so I exchanged it for a 4k Insignia that I am praying will at least last a couple years. It's so sad how T.V.s are just not as good of quality as they used to be.

This TV was very affordable and does everything we need it to do.

Without getting a high tech tv, very good buy and easy to set up

We really enjoy the picture and quality of this TV. It is a great size and works great in a living room. The only issue we have is we got another smart TV and when we turn that one on it connects to both TV's. Sometimes turning the one off when someone is using it.

This is a good TV for the price. Not great in a bright room.
