For the price paid for a "Black Friday" (a name I hate) purchase it really cannot be beat. There is some "wash out" on the viewing angle but I've found that to be true on most lower end sets. However for some reason it does not like the Polk S2 soundbar purchased to go with it. I don't know if it's the set or the sound bar but various attempts to have the sound come on with the picture (there's about a 4 second delay as the soundbar counts down) including multiple fiddling attempts with settings have failed. That also included a power cycling of both units. My work around is to turn on the sound bar and then the tv using first the remote for the soundbar and second the tv button on my xfinity remote. That cuts the "lag time" down to about a second. If I didn't need more robust sound for the tv's viewing room I would not have purchased any sound bar.
